Excellent product at a great price

Purchased this to clear an airbag code from my wifes Audi after I removed the switch in the glove to remove the glovebox and turned the ignition back on without reconnecting the switch. It Did thte job perfectly, I understand there is a subsription or credits to unlock certain fetaures, but i didnt need to worry about that. One odd thing is that i had to isng in to the app to use it.

The reader is good, the software is also good, but a little on the expensive side if you want the pro version

When I first got this device, I had an issue that I assumed was my MAF sensor. I was able to use it to check and confirm. It took a while to connect and set up but it worked. Now I've used it twice in the past week to check a fault code. The first time it took about 10 minutes from turning it on to a point where it would read the codes. This I assumed was normal as it hadn't been used for a while. Thile second time, days later, it still takes 10 minutes to get to the code result stage which is 4 times longer than any other code reader I have. The other issue is the connectivity. I should be able to set my vehicle, do any updates in my home, connected to my WiFi, and then go when I like with my car... Oh no no. You need both internet connectivity AND to be within range of your car for this to work. Great if you can park close to your home in an area with good signal, not so much if it is in a shed 500m away in an area with poor signal. Finally, I have an engine management light on at the moment and the reader is saying "no faults". So it doesn't even do its job anymore...

Used on a 2021 UK spec Seat Tarraco 1.5 tsi xcellence lux. The free account provides reads out of the fault codes, you can also clear the codes, the premium plan at £59.99 a year allows you to "long code", which is some basic coding/enabling features (you can find guides online), for another additional cost you can buy credits which allow you to use "apps" to do the coding for you. Positives: Very easy to use, hard to get it wrong. Provides fault codes and identifies the affected system. Small and portable and can be easily stored in the car for emergencies or even left plugged in to the OBD port. Can enable features provided you pay for their premium plan. Negatives: Very basic scanner if you don't want the premium plan, can only provide you with a basic fault read out unless you subscribe to their premium plan at £59.99/year. Was also very slow to connect, and would often time out during a command. If you want a scanner that does everything subscription free then look at the Ross-Tech VCDS Hex-v2.

Arrived quickly and works great idea for sorting my old Audi

Fantastic item. Ful functions on sons Polo. Some functions on other family cars - Disco 3, 635 BMW and Mini Cooper. Only complaint is excessive password complexity requirements - impossible to remember - needs entered a lot - lots of 'forgotten password' / resets needed....

Great product. Helps to diagnose problems before going to workshop. That way, you won't get ripped off!

I bought the OBDeleven mainly to diagnose a stubborn check engine light on my VW, and honestly, I’m mad at myself for not getting it sooner. Setup was super simple, I plugged it in, connected through the app on my iPhone, and within seconds I had a full breakdown of the fault codes. No more guessing or paying a shop just to tell me what’s wrong. What I really like is how clean and intuitive the app is. It doesn’t overwhelm you with a bunch of confusing data, but if you want advanced info, it’s there. I was able to clear a minor sensor code and double-check that it didn’t come back. Also tried some of the customization features (like turning on needle sweep) and they worked without any drama. The device itself feels solid and well-made. The compact size means it fits nicely in the OBD port without getting in the way. Bluetooth connection was stable the entire time, which is more than I can say for some other scanners I’ve tried. My only complaint is that some advanced features require “credits,” which you either earn or buy, but it’s not a deal breaker. Even the free/basic functions are worth the price. Overall, if you drive a VW, Audi, or any of the other supported brands, this is absolutely worth it. Saved me time, money, and a lot of frustration. Highly recommended.
