The Vax spot wash is exactly that. Perfect for spots or mess. So big clean ups be prepared to refill a few times. Absolutely bargain at its price, its powerful and well designed. Its not heavy and you can keep the hose and cable neatly on the machine. The suction works brilliant, so far no issue. The self cleaning hose is also a quick and easy task to keep the machine running well. Well worth the purchase.

Nice and light. The suction is ok. It does the job. The cable could do with being longer if your trying to do stairs. It does come with a small bottle of cleaning solution. Which wont last long. The cleaning port is a great idea in principle. But always seems to leak water down the back of the machine over the power cable, no matter how careful you try to be. The clear plastic nozzle adapter is made to come off for cleaning. But can come of inadvertently. Best to hold onto it whilst scrubbing. Overall good.

It's difficult not to get excited about this mini vax as a 30 year old with a clumsy streak and a young puppy, but here we are. This was absolutely the BEST purchase of 2025 for me. I also own the full size vax, but this makes small areas so much easier to clean without needing to pull out the huge heavy machinery. The item itself is fairly light for its size and shape, meaning I can carry it to wherever it's needed. The SpotWash is so handy to use and highly effective. I recently spilled some fountain pen ink on my grey carpet, and this sorted it out in a flash without leaving a trace. The pieces fit together easily, making each section easy to clean after use. Plus, the cord is long enough that I've never struggled to reach the area needed. If you think you might need it - just buy it!

I already own a VAX carpet cleaner, and I bought the VAX Spot Cleaner to complement it, and it does exactly that. It’s compact and ideal for quick, targeted cleaning where a full carpet wash isn’t practical. I mainly use the SpotWash for my stairs, sofa, chairs, car interior, and other upholstery items that need a refresh or quick cleaning after a spill. It’s effective at lifting dirt, is easy to handle and store thanks to its compact size. I don’t have pets, but I managed to find the pet version at a very good price, which turned out to be a bonus. Having the additional tool is really useful. I keep one attachment for messier jobs and the other for cleaner tasks, which is very practical. Overall, it’s a reliable solution for everyday spills and upholstery cleaning.

Cats with hairballs can mean vomit, unfortunate but a reality. Needed to clean a rug primarily but also found it was quite up to the job of doing a sofa seat as well. The unit is compact, easily fits under the stairs and is easy to use. ***Pro points are: easy to open the dirty tank to empty & clean out easily, top comes right off. self cleaning hose function, easy to do.... and the cleaning head also comes completely apart to get hairs and fluff out ! Why all the others don`t do this by default has always baffled me. The suction power wasn`t disappointing, no worse than anything else I`ve tried, things are left damp to the touch, as expected. It did what was expected and cleaned the rug adequately on the initial trial run I did when it first arrived. One point of concern is the way the water tank is joined at the base, it appears to be heat sealed and doesn`t seem to be very well done (or designed) in my opinion, a potential source of leaks in the future ? (This could explain why some people are seeing leaking off the bat, something I will keep my eye on for sure - but I won`t necessarily be leaving clean water standing in it while it`s in storage....not at first anyway) The hose doesn`t appear to be easily removable in case it splits and it isn`t *that* flexible, so hopefully that won`t be an issue. Not a lot to say about it really other than it worked as expected with no major issues concerning design, functionality or capability but if anything should occur I will be sure to report back. I already had a full upright which was WAY too big and incredibly annoying and awkward to clean since getting rid of a lot of carpeting here, moved on to a smaller handheld unit which worked well enough for spot stains on the floor but not really suited to upholstery... this one seems to be the best in-between option if you don`t have large areas of carpet to clean. I paid £99 rather than the MRP of ~£129 but felt as though it should have been around the £70 mark....I`m just getting more critical in my old age.

I use this it very easy to use and it's working very good I have cat and she make mas on my carpet I need to clean it, my carpet was clean I am so happy to use this I highly recommend it for all

This is a serious little piece of kit. I initially bought it to remove some awkward make up stains off my daughter’s carpet as most of my floors are wood and I didn’t want a full size machine. I was expecting it to be pretty useless however after using it and being very impressed I decided my mattress was looking as though it could do with a refresh - and wow what a difference. It will take longer to dry than a carpet but this is no issue for me, just keep your room properly aired it should dry in no time. I can see this becoming not only massively useful but also very addictive. As a car valet interior costs £30 and above that’s next on the list! Cons for this machine? It is a bit noisy, if you have large areas to clean it will probably take way too long and yes the water tanks do fill up fairly quickly. I paid £85, I was not sent this as a free item to review, and so far it’s been worth every penny.

Don't bother the product has zero value for money, I regret buying this so much. Does not work at all. Does not get out any visible stains or dirt marks. Waste of money.
