DependsMen Incontinence Shields/Pads Light Absorbency - 1 Box

Just wanted to post a review here for women who suffer from stress urinary incontinence yet don’t want to wear a whole vaginal pad to deal with it. This product works perfectly for the shape of women’s briefs and bikini panties, offering protection (and bulk) only where needed and allowing better air circulation than “women’s” incontinence pads that are just shaped like a regular menstrual pad. If you liked the discontinued Sposies brand of triangle-shaped potty training protectors, this one is almost identical in size and shape (although the “wings” in front do not have adhesive like those did - it’s just a strip of adhesive down the middle). Great price and perfect product for a mom just trying not to pee when I sneeze.

For many decades, I've been going along with ignoring the minor drip or two after urinating. Not worried about incontinence, not anywhere near that stage, even at my age. Over the past few years - I've started reconsidering the little drop or two staining my underwear, likely the trousers as well. However, this is where dogs and women come into the picture. Because of the leaked urine, dogs with their SUPER sensitive noses are more likely to sniff crotches (men & women) with the urine smell. Women on the other side, have MUCH better sense of smell over MOST men any day of the year. So, in my mind, it is or would be highly embarrassing to have them notice the guy's urine leakage before the guy is even aware of it... These little Shields at least help prevent, what - 90-95% of the little driplets getting through to the underwear and pants. For those guys who have, ummm, a bit more release should look into the full underwear shield. I should've looked into these little shields years ago. They are thin, they cover an adequate area - just have to get used to putting in this little patch of protection once or twice a day as a daily routine as women have been doing for centuries...

This product is reasonably priced and seems to work well for its intended use. Note: it is possible to read the instructions on the packaging and not understand that the plastic backing "wrapper" should be removed in order to expose the adhesive backing that secures the pad to underwear (important).

Easy to use, comfortable to wear and change as needed

For males with occasional drips. The pad provides good absorption. even for those days when it is unexpectedly cold outside. The pad is thin enough that it is not obvious. You must be wearing briefs or boxer-briefs as the pad needs to adhere to the underwear.

The product arrived on time in good shape. Best on the market, making life more comfortable to prevent leakage.
