Easiest spark plug gapper I’ve ever used. fits most common plugs and would pair nicely with a gap opening tool. Feeler gauges are surprisingly high-quality and stainless steel better than feelers that I already had in my toolbox fantastic very happy with the product. Feelers start at .035 and go all the way down to .0015

Overkill maybe, but a tool that is good to have around. No you don’t absolutely need this spark plug gap tool. But getting gap right and strap straight and level over the electrode is important in a high performance engine. This tool will help you get it perfect.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Use this if you want near pinpoint accuracy on your plug gap. Also came with feeler gauge set if you don’t have one. This setup is far better for gapping than the ring style which I also have. First unit I got locked up and could no longer unpin to loosen but they sent a new one and it’s been fine. Value for money: Good price and build quality for what you get.

A great addition to my tool box. Wish I had this decades ago but better late than never.

The spark plug gaping tool works pretty good

This tool is super easy to use. When using the guages the accuracy and functionality is spot on and easy to use. At least for the spark plugs ive used worked flawlessly with this tool. No longer have to tap them against the curb 5/5.
