Delicious
It's good, but it takes a while to get the right grind. A medium grind seems best, using four tablespoons, scant for a weaker pot or heaping for a strong one.

it's nice to have hazelnut beans to adjust the flavors to one's liking
in the local stores, i can easily find pre-ground hazelnut. i feel like the clock is ticking once i open one of those bags. it's nice to have the beans to grind on my own. made some for a friend, and he said it wasn't quite as strong as he liked (even though, personally speaking, it was so nicely balanced and smooth). so i just ground it a bit finer and it was spot on for him. i think this brand is pretty good. i'd like to try a few more brands and see how they might compare. but this might be one of the finalists!
