I previously had the corded version of this mop, but the kids borrowed it after a major flood in their home. So I decided to purchase this cordless unit. I couldn't be happier. Mop works great as did the corded model, but it's so nice to move around the house without dragging the cord. Battery life is not very long, but it works for my needs. The easy on/off mop pads are a breeze and they wash up well. Highly recommend.

I have Persian cats and trying to keep floors clean is difficult with them. With their flat faces, they push the wet food onto the floor and because they have such long hair on their butts, sometimes they end up with cling-ons, which they then try to get off by dragging their butts across the floor. By the time I get home from work, most of this mess has already dried on the floor and is difficult to get off without scrubbing. I bought a Hoover FloorMate Deluxe floor scrubber, which was a colossal waste of money. I could go over the same spot 50 times and it still wouldn't come off. I read the reviews on this Bissell Spinwave and they looked promising so I decided to give it a try. Right out of the box it seemed well-made and I love how light it is. I charged it, filled the water tank and crossed my fingers. I had about 5 or 6 very long, dried poopy skid marks on the floor, and this thing destroyed them in seconds! I am in love! It just glides quietly across the floor, puts out just enough water to clean without making the floor too wet and when you're done, you just toss the pads in the washer. If you're considering buying this, DO IT NOW! This will be the best floor cleaner you've ever had!

This mop is really great ! Easy to use and just works. I have a 4 bed 2 bath and as of now it’s been able to mop the whole house on one charge. Compact in size and easy to use. I love the maneuverability, it can mop corners and gaps easily. Floors are spotlessly clean. Be sure to vacuum first before mopping Only minor concern: The liquid dispense and power buttons are close to each other so it’s easy to press the wrong one until you get used to it. I wish it auto dispensed liquid.

I've had this for a week, have used it daily and already recommending it to friends. This has been a game changer for me. I have tried sooooooo many mopping systems, some way more expensive than this, with negative results but gave this a try after a trusted elderly friend of mine recommended it. I have kids and 3 large breed dogs so for me, is it a "deep" clean? No. I have a full size steamer for that which I drag out once a month or so, but this is perfect for quick maintenance in between deep cleans to where I anticipate having to pull out the full size steamer far less. Its perfect for daily touch ups of high traffic areas (and random dog prints). If one didn't have a high traffic house full of dogs/kids, I could actually see this being your primary mopping device. It gets up to base boards, corners well. I have back and ankle issues and find this VERY light, quick and easy to use. Yes, it self propels. Floor dries quickly. I feel very accomplished in my chaos within just a matter of minutes reminiscent of my single days before kids/pets when my house just stayed clean all the time. I bought enough extra pads to have a new set every day while only having to wash them all together in the washing machine with the rest of my household rags once per week. After daily use for a week, I'm still on the initial water/cleaner tank. My ONLY reason for 4 stars is the battery life. Once I got my time saving route/method down, the 20 min battery life does do what I need it to do in the high traffic areas of my 1800 square feet of hard floor but, I'd still prefer a longer battery life or the option of interchangeable batteries for more time to cover more space. It would likely then become my primary mopping system w/the steamer only coming out before the in laws visit but again, if you have less hard floor and/or less foot traffic, the 20 mins would be just fine.

MY PROBLEM AND WHY I NEEDED A NEW MOP: I have always wanted a tile kitchen until I got one. I can't use any of the spritz mops. They just clean the tiles and push leftovers into the grout lines leaving all the icky stuff in the grout lines. OOH, Gross! Definitely not clean. Especially when you have a tiny dog with potty training issues. Trust me, when you have a river of dog urine moving down the grout lines of your tile, you become a little obsessed with cleaning out the grout lines. I've tried all the fluffy and not fluffy Swiffer and multiple other mops. I even have a steam mop I like the idea of steaming out these areas, but the mop heads do not get down into these grout lines. SO, I HAD TO GO OLD SCHOOL. BUCKET AND MOP: My grout issue demanded being cleaned with an old school bucket and rag mop if I actually want to clean in the grooves between the tiles. It takes literally over an hour to get through the kitchen and a huge workout making sure I get inside each tile groove. It's a small kitchen. Fast forward 2 years with this heavy mopping issue. In the past few months I have had several surgeries and medical treatments that create physical barriers to getting a clean floor. I simply do not have the strength and energy necessary or ability while I'm recovering and building myself back up to keep the kitchen floors clean. So I started hunting around for new options again. MY THOUGHTS: I LOVE THIS MOP! YES IT CLEANS THE GROUT AREAS OUT! YAY!!! It does all the work. I do have to let it sit and do it's job on heavy stuff, but it's effortless. I just let it spin. I have to rein it in a bit, to keep it going where I need it to, because of the rotating mop heads it does feel like it's a bit self propelled. :) Not only does it clean my new laminate wood floors throughout the entire house, I can finally clean inside the tile grooves and get my kitchen floor cleaned properly without hauling out a bucket and putting in some real back labor. I'm able to have clean floors, take care of them myself even in my reduced capability at the moment. This is the best cleaning purchase I've made the last 3 years (other than my Roomba vacuum). Makes my life so much easier. Love it!!

I've had this a little over a month and I love it! I read all the reviews, positive and negative to be prepared for any potential problems. I've used this almost every day and my floors have never looked better! I have 18" ceramic tile floors with a 1/4" grout line. It definitely doesn't clean the grout, but once the tiles are really clean, I'm hoping the grout won't get dirty...I've been cleaning it along with the floor. First off, I'm 78 and it doesn't hurt my back, which is a big plus. Someone said it tends to get away from you if you're not careful...I haven't had that problem...it's easy to glide, in fact most of the time, I'm only using one hand! Someone else complained there's no warning when the battery goes dead...false...there's three blue lights when it's fully charged. As you use it, they go from three, two, then one...shortly before the battery dies, the last blue light starts blinking...there's plenty of warning. I have a 3200 square foot house, so there's plenty of tile to clean...I only do the high traffic areas on a daily basis...the kitchen, family room, laundry room, guest bath and hallway from the garage. The rest of the house that's tiled get done once a week. The living room, dining room and all the bedrooms are carpeted, so there's really only the entry and remaining baths to do. The mop comes with two small bottles of cleaner, supposed to be lemon scented, but I really didn't like the smell...it had a damp, musty smell to me and I couldn't wait for them to be used up! I ordered the Bissell blue bottle that has Febreeze and I'm much happier with that...it has a nice refreshing scent. I don't mind the four hours it takes to charge the battery...I can only handle so much cleaning in a day anyway. Once, I went to use it and it only worked for a second, then would stop...I thought, oh no... it's already died on me...I'd forgot to plug it in the day before! duh! I have no idea how long it will last (some said only a year) but I told my husband, that's still cheaper than having a housekeeper (before I got this, I was considering having someone come in to do just the floors. I also ordered extra scrubbing pads, so I don't run out. In the past I tried the robotic cleaners...they would squeegee the dirty water into the grout and make it dirty...the floor was clean, but the grout looked bad...this doesn't seem to get the water in the grout in that way...I'm careful to spray onto the tile and then it gently glides over the tiles. I'm very happy with this purchase! (❁'◡`❁) PS...I bought this like anybody else, there is no compensation from manufacturer.

I had high hopes for this mop, but it did the complete opposite. First off, it’s awkward to use at best. I had a feeling this might be an issue, but I wanted to give it a try anyway. I was right, the opposite spinning of the pads makes you feel like you are using a big commercial floor polisher machine. It’s awkward. And it will get away from you just about like those big ones will. But obviously not as bad. Smaller scale. I used this under an area rug that I have in the living room. I wanted a good test area and since I only move this monster rug every few months, I knew it would be a good place to start. It’s always dirty under there. When I ordered this mop, I also ordered the hardwood floor disinfectant solution. That’s what I used for this test. The rug area is 10x7 and I stayed within that area. Thanks to my little guy and his walker rubbing up against the rug, he left me perfect guide lines to stay within (was not happy when I realized the walker was pulling the finish off my floors!!) My hardwood floors are 85 years old. They are beautiful and finicky. I started off with a spray of solution along the 7’ area and used that to get started. It doesn’t take much solution. The sprayer puts out quite a bit. But it’s pretty even and it doesn’t saturate an area. I do like that. As this was drying, I could easily see that my floor was very foggy and filmy looking. Common issue I have with these floors. I let it dry completely, grabbed the other set of pads and went again. Once dry, I not only saw serious fog, but I could also see swirl marks on my floor! Haziness is bad enough, but now I have swirls?! Got my old mop out and after going over the same area with it, the fog and swirls were gone and I was left feeling irritated at the new mop. I am not happy with this product at all. One of the worst things I have ever purchased. Included images to show the area I was starting with (the finish is a little duller under the rug because that’s pretty much where we hang out all day. All the toys and toddler activities go on on the rug. I did my research, and this is the best cordless mop for the money. I don’t trust the mop/vacuum combos, they don’t work well. This mop works fantastically, despite the 20 minute battery limitation. It cleans as well as our corded mop but gives the freedom only a cordless mop can provide. I hate having to unplug and plug in a corded mop in each room. This is an excellent mop, I couldn’t be happier!

I am very happy with the Bissell Spinwave. Since Covid I had to let the maid go and have been doing my own housework which I hate. The Spinwave has made my life so much easier. Highly recommend AAA. It comes with a US plug but with a simple adaptor it works perfect. Agent was very helpful as well.

OMG this is the best cleaning itemI've ever bought. It's awesome and does a fantastic job. I have hybrid timber floors throughout the whole house, and one charge, which takes 3 hours, is enough to do the whole house. It is also sooo quiet, can barely hear it. I Use the scrubby pads as I find these clean the stubborn dirt better. I only use a small amount of water as my flooring isn't water resistant, I then remove the pads, chuck them in the washing machine and dryer. It really is a great little machine. It tends to drive itself, and that suits me just fine thank you Bissell. A+++

Did not come with UK adapter plug. May update once I have it charged, until I get one its just an ornament.

This is the cordless wet mop I was looking for and is easy to clean.
