Due to scoliosis, my posture is bad. At work I sit at a computer most of the day. If I sit with my back against the back of the chair, the edge of the chair comes to the back of my thighs, as opposed to the back of the knee area. (I hope this makes sense.) Lowering the chair doesn't help. The entire day I was sitting on the edge of my chair, slouching, with no back support at all. This lumbar support cushion is thick enough that I can sit all the way back in my chair now. I am so much more comfortable! The support cushion itself is very comfortable. Soft, yet firm enough to support my lumbar area. Unlike the first 2 cushions I tried, the straps on the Valley Premium support hold it securely in place. I only wish I had found this sooner!

This cushion is the answer to your back's prayers. It is firm and supportive without being too hard. It is not too squishy or soft. It attaches to your chair with 2 adjustable straps which is really nice. I have a lot of back issues from sitting and I have to say - my back has been feeling a lot more supported with less stiffness and pain since I've been using this cushion. I'm glad I got it!

It is OK, but does a marginal job in relieving my back pain while sitting in my hi-back chair.

I like the material, it's made well, sturdy material, it's comfortable , I use it on my golf cart, it's helps my back, it gives me support in the right place. I like that it has a zipper so you can take the covering off to wash if needed. Only one thing, it could be a little longer, because using it on the golf cart, there's a space between the back rest seat and the bench seat that you sit on.

Mom uses it in her wheelchair. It's squishy enough to be comfortable for someone who's underweight & "bony", yet firm enough to provide sufficient support. I love the vertical strap that holds it to the back of her chair, and it comes with a horizontal strap too in case you need it. The straps are elastic, have adjustable lengths, and quick-release clasps. It meets all of mom's needs perfectly.

The strap broke after 1.5 months of use and it doesn't stay in the place I want it to. What a waste of money!

I love this!!! Makes sitting at my office desk all day so much more comfortable! I am petite and no matter what chair I find, the back support is not sufficient. This works great! The only thing I wish were slightly different is the ability to tighten the straps MORE on the back. It does adjust, however, I have it tightened as far as it will go and it does slide down often. Otherwise, it is wonderful! And the quality of the inner foam seems to be holding up well!

Very comfortable lumbar support cushion. What makes this cushion stand out is that it has two straps (vertical and horizontal) to keep the cushion in place (it's the only one that I've seen that has the two straps). Would definitely recommend friends. If you have a high-back chair, however, the vertical strap may not work. Mine was a medium back leather executive and it barely stretched to fit.
