Great product. A little fiddly to construct but best advice is to get a ratchet Allen key and only fit everything loose until you locate all screws. Took me around 3 hours to do the whole job and did it alone. The 4 cushions do come adrift so it’s better to Velcro them so they don’t move . Overall it’s comfortable and looks great . I recommend this product

Best thing I’ve ever bought! Follow instructions EXACTLY! I’m very experienced but it took a few hours to assemble. Great quality and very comfortable. Only negatives. 1/ would be good if bed parts stayed together somehow. Perhaps Velcro strips to prevent moving. 2/ mattress parts move around and separate.Again perhaps would of been good to be fastened by Velcro? A good purpose built cover is a must. All in all an excellent purchase. Top tip… Cut off a small part of Allen key (about an inch) and place into a cordless drill. Speeds up assembly!

Not the easiest or quickest to put together but worth persevering. Once assembled, it’s a great addition to the garden. My only gripe is the cushions slip apart but some Velcro solved that. Stacks well when not in use and I bought a cover for the winter. Once inside and laid down, could snooze for hours!

I'm part of the flat pack generation, plenty of experience but this takes the biscuit!!! Good points: Looks nice Comfortable to sit on but cussions are a little thin Poor points: Instructions are awfull, one A3 page, it get the job done but the small things are missing that doesn't help with a speedy build. (The canopy cover the strings to tie it down are on the bottom; hint for you) The pistons to raise,lower assist are awful 15mm bolts to secure but you have to compress them as you screw them in! Good luck.... The bolts have a soft metal construction so the opportunity to cross thread is endless. Weight limit on it and not advertised 120kg, (best have a diet session if I'm going to share space on it. Overall, not bad if you have time, calmness, (low blood pressure), leather hands and don't mind some pain in the hands. Three boxes well packaged. Good luck folks.....

I have put this together today not having done so when I purchased it last summer, I had it stored covered in the garden and was concerned it might have gone rotten and mouldy however it is so well packaged it's as good as new! The instructions say 2 people however I did it on my own. It is excellent quality, all the parts were there and instructions straight forward, it took me a leisurely afternoon. The only really fiddly bit was the canopy, due to the angle of the poles the holes do not align easily to fit the screws it took a lot of faffing about, and then when I finally finished it I realised that the poles need to be pushed through tubes in the cover 😕 so I had to unscrew one side to thread them through, it then took me a considerable amount of faffing to get the screws to align again, but I did it! I will sleep well tonight 😴. Very pleased with the finished product, looking forward to using it over the next week of fabulous weather 🌞.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Lovely day bed. A bit fiddly to put together but with two of us, it was quite manageable. As others have commented, some Velcro would be a good idea to stop the cushions from constantly sliding around/off. Had to contact the seller due to a slight issue with DPD delivery, not the fault of the seller but on contacting them for assistance, they couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. Excellent customer service from them.

Was relatively simple to put together if you follow instructions, but some of the fixings were quite fiddly. Took 2 people 3 hours to assemble! Overall very happy with it & have spent a lot of time on it. Downsides are the cushions slip around very easily on the base, so you are forever having to pull them back into position. The grey fabric has been affected by the sun in places (but we have had some unusually hot weather in the UK!). Only realised once the canopy was on, that there was a 3 inch section where the stitching had come away, so there is a hole, but it’s in an inconspicuous area & will be easy to fix. Main cushion filling isn’t particularly great quality & will consider replacing next summer with some memory foam.
