The water hose can be wound up, held by Bruder figures, or secured to the basket. It also has a fully functioning nozzle. The turntable ladder with rescue basket can be moved out by a hand wheel and adjusted in height. The cab has two seats and there is another seat for a Bruder figure on the ladder. Four extendable support legs ensure vehicle stability in any situation and a large storage compartment with a door which folds up where there is extra space for storing tools. A: Yes it opens.

A: Yes the model I purchased has the light & sound module.

**Q: Can you open any doors?**
A: Yes Indeed! Both driver & Passenger doors open. (So you can put the figures in). The utility door on the passenger side also opens to stow utilities for fire fighting. The Hood opens to reveal the engine also. The truck is awesome!!!

**Q: what size is this toy?**
A: Toy is about 14 inches long by about 6 inches wide and seven to eight inches high.  Ladder extends about 24 inches.  Bruder makes great toys and stands behind their products.
