Truly Quiet Clicking
I just cannot do without these mice! I ordered my first one over 7 years ago. I didn't realize just HOW quiet the tiny amount of clicking was during that first use until I used the regular mouse again on the other machine. Lol.I now have one connected to my work machine and also one connected to my home machine. My nerves greatly appreciate the super-low-level clicking, especially with all the other environmental noise.I just ordered a new one to replace my home machine mouse. It went travelling with me last month and I must have overpacked (*cough, cough) that rolling case. The right-click area on the mouse got jammed early on, and I couldn't get that part of the mouse to work most of the time since then. I use the right-click function a whole lot more than I realized. I'd had that particular mouse for more than 5 years, and the one attached to my work machine is still going strong despite the number of times I have accidentally dropped it on tile floors.I get the purple colored version. The purple is a really nice deep purple, not magenta or fuchsia but with a touch of berry in the color. The color on my current ones are matte, but that might be from 5-7 years of frequent use. Lol. Once the newest one arrives, I will update my review with whether it is matte or shiny at arrival.Promised Update (Sept 15): The color is matte when it arrives. Lol. There are 3 other colors to chose from, so it's possible that one or more are shiny instead of matte. They wouldn't mind answering your question before you order. (And I see a 10% coupon available right now!)I probably should have just ordered two of them to have the next one ready, but I'm curious to see just how long the older one lasts.

Quiet!
It's as quiet as a mouse! So quiet that sometimes I'm not sure if it has clicked or not. Causing me to mess up on some of my games. Guess it will be a learning curve.

Shhhhockingly quiet!
After returning to the office, I realized just how loud and obnoxious my mouse was. Especially in a now open concept environment. Every little click was loud and made me feel like everyone was looking at me. I found this Shhh mouse quickly on Amazon, and after reading reviews had to buy it. It was delivered yesterday, and I had to try it out right away. So many positives! For starters, the packaging was super easy to open and get everything out. There were instructions, but I did not feel that they were totally necessary. If you’ve used one mouse, you’ve used them all. The USB plug had a nice angle and feel to it - and what I thought was cool was that the mouse actually has a storage spot in the back for when not in use. Set up was super quick and easy. Literally plugged in the USB, it downloaded the necessary operating file, and off I went! As far as size of the mouse, I felt that the mouse was just right. I am a woman with a medium sized hand and felt that it was perfect. The most important feature of all? It was QUIET! No sound while clicking at all. Honestly, the only thing I think that would make this mouse better would be if they made a Bluetooth version! I don’t mind the USB, but I am limited to ports on my laptop and having a Bluetooth connected mouse that was super quiet would have been even more amazing!

I love this mouse!
For some reason I break the mouse for my laptop every few months or so... it just doesn't hold up to me! But this is working great, it tracks great, and is perfect to pop the little piece in the bottom for going on the travel and using your laptop with an external mouse, you know? But the USB plug is small enough that you can even travel with your laptop with it plugged in, in your bag and it's not too big/obtrusive to where you HAVE to remove the USB plug. I recommend it highly!

Good quiet compact mouse but requires constant clicking to activate
I purchased this as a replacement after my current mouse died. I chose this one mostly due to its compact size since I have really small hands & it’s hard to find a mouse that accommodates that. So, on the positive, I like the compact size & as advertised, the clicks are very quiet. The scrolling wheel does make a slight noise, but not bad. My major complaint (hence a rounded-up 4 stars instead of 5) is that you have to left-click to activate it after being idle. I find that really annoying. I like to just move my mouse to activate it after being idle. Then again, I’ve also typically used wired. That alone might prevent me from purchasing again when the time comes & look for a mouse that doesn’t require a click to activate upon idleness. If there is a workaround or way to change this, PLEASE LMK! It’d be nice to see a greater variety of colors as well. But, overall good with this purchase so far & no plans to return it.

Sssssssshhhhhh it's sleeping. Well click it and wake it up.
Been using this mouse for few weeks now and i really am loving the lack of a click each and every time I click a button. Especially late at night when everyone is asleep and the house is silent and I'm working a system outage it's nice not having the clicks. Sounds trivial but to me it's the little things that can change my outlook especially at 2 or 3 in the morning. If asked if I had any negatives it I would only be able to say the low profile of it. And that is really more if having to find something. It's great more as a travel mouse for me then full time and again that's me not the mouse's fault. It also has a sleep function that I am still getting used to. I'm used to grab mouse and it moves immediately. This little guy if not used for a couple mins goes to sleep which requires a mouse click to wake him up. This is a good feature that will greatly extend battery life. Just taking me some time to get used to as it's 1 of 5 mouse's I use thru out my day. Will update if anything changes my view on it but for now I fully would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet mouse that is a great size for travel.
