Ive been taking these for three months now and i can tell when i take them in a workout and when i dont take them. First off they supply oil to your joints which is going to make a huge difference in your workouts if you are actually busting your butt. Now these are fatty fish oils which means if you are taking them you better be working out because you will see weight gains if you dont. I see so many people complaining about the first few weeks of taking them. Well you cant expect anything you take to work that fast.... Cmon the pills arent going to do it for you. I took this supplement after trying about 8 others over the course of 3 years. I was impressed with the results this yielded. During the month or so I was on the supply, I went to the gym about 4 times a week, 30 minutes of cardio and light lifting. I did not modify my diet, I ate normally, and no, I am not a health nut. With that being said, this supplement helped me shed a noticeable amount of unwanted body fat. I saw the true results beginning to show around the end of the third week. As the name said, I saw the best results in my abdominal area, both front and sides. Overall, if you need help melting some fat away, and have an overall decent gym routine this is highly effective. The capsules were easy to take, a little smaller than a fish oil capsule, and had no after taste. I was very impressed and bought them again for use for a new cycle.

Unfortunately, my experience with these vitamins was not good. When I opened the bottle, I noticed that all the tablets were stuck together, forming a solid clump. It’s nearly impossible to take out a single vitamin at a time without having to break them apart or use something to separate them, which is not only inconvenient but also unhygienic. I’m not sure if this was a storage, shipping, or manufacturing issue, but they clearly did not arrive in optimal condition. I hope the manufacturer can look into this quality issue, as it affects the customer experience and trust in the product

I was interested in this product because of the ingredients in hope that it would help with fat in my body. The bottle read stimulant free. Because I know how my body reacts to different drugs or supplements I wanted to trust the wording. For the average person it probably is stimulant free. I am the exception. I only took 1 pill after breakfast and was ok. Then I took 1 pill after lunch. I knew the 2-pills 3 times a day would be too much. After the 2nd pill I started feeling like I had too much caffeine in my body. Which was what I was trying to avoid feeling. I did consult my doc before trying and she like me did not see anything that could be harmful. I believe this can be a good product for people who systems are not extremely sensitive to supplements.
