This item is great, I found that it helps my nerve symptoms. I also have heard about a lot of other benefits in terms of its detoxification properties.

This is one of those supplements that flies under the radar. I am a big supplement user for bodybuilding and find that many are useless. I have focused more recently on getting all my vitamins and minerals in order and stay away form so called testosterone boosters in general. R ala is the active more potent form of ala and I could tell the first day that this product was doing something. I had a slight hypoglycemic reaction the first day that did not return afterwards. After using now for a few weeks, I have dropped about five lbs of fat and have more energy for workouts. I lift as much as I can as a senior and have been able to do up to five complete body workouts per week lasting up to over two hours on some days. I use with l carnitine and all the vitamins and minerals as well as choline.As far as the r version and requiring some type of buffering protection to keep it active, I can only refer to this product and have not tried others. I believe it has kept its potency with no problem but have half a bottle left so will find out. I take after eating and after a workout with carbs and protein. I can definitely tell it is burning fat. I started at just under 16 percent body fat and now at 15 and closing in on 14.The price is the best for r ala and plan to re order this brand when done with first bottle. Give it a try especially for senior bodybuilding to get the most out of your food and supps.

Best r lipoic acid however the other brand it used to smell in urine that one not smell anything not sure what does that means is it has r lippic or not

Seem to work for me,have no issues with product.

Great product but what is up with the constant price increases. I paid $30 bucks not even a year ago. Moved on to another brand
