Great for Vegans but makes you feel sick
Great for someone like me whose dietary requirements mean I don't get enough Iron or B12 in my system. Been taking it for a long time now on a subscription and I 100% pass iron blood tests when donating blood. HOWEVER!!!! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A FULL STOMACH BEFORE TAKING!!! If you are not full enough it makes you very very nauseous and sick!! I have had to go home from work because I felt like I was going to vomit. So take when you eat dinner or lunch.

Only a week in ....
Only a week in, however, it's either psychological or these may have started to work, only time will tell. I can say though, I don't feel tired or dizzy as much, and there are definitely no side effects. No stomach cramps or sickness as some have described.

Early days on energy levels, no adverse reactions though
I can react very badly to supplements - weird allergies and have to be so careful with capsules. No adverse reactions, I also use the firm's multivits and calciums - both tablets and pigs to swallow, this isn't too bad.
