I am incredibly pleased with my purchase! Product arrived on time, properly packaged & item was exactly as specified! The price was even cheaper than ordering directly through the company! This product comes from a reputable company with lots of data & scientific findings on the miraculous impact of maca, a super food. Upon trying the product, just a pinch at first, it has a malty with a slightly bitter after taste, which was not enough to take away from it's wonderful flavor or benefits. I found an increase in energy and mood, immediately upon trying maca! Not to mention all the other added benefits by including this root in your diet, I will order from here again, perhaps sooner than later, considering how quickly I am going through this!! On a side note, always test a small amount to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction, otherwise, enjoy!!!

This is high quality maca powder, it's the same quality as you get at health food stores in the little jars, but for much less! I have had a few problems with clumping when it's humid out, but I just run this through a sifter like you would flour and it's smooth again. I use this as an additive to homemade juices and it's super!

kind of a great deal for organic raw maca...usually costs a lot more. as for whether this works, that's a different question regarding what you want it to work for. it does seem to increase libido when i use it and it certainly has vitamins and minerals that are supposed to do that. according to research, despite reported libido increase, it is NOT a testosterone increasing product. cacao is supposed to. but people can research this for themselves. but as for price on a USDA organic raw maca product, i don't think this can be beat

I ordered this for the energy it was supposed to provide which it did. It had me flying around the house. The problem with the raw maca is the absolutely horrible taste (be prepared to hold your nose, drink it fast and have some kind of a chaser available) and the consistency which when mixed with water looks like sludge. My mixture was lumpy too. It's like drinking dirt. I would not order this again. Three stars for the energy booster.

My family loves this stuff, we throw it in every shake and I will mix it with water when I am feeling under the weather. Gives me energy and helps when I have a hangover. Just all around makes me and my husband feel strong and healthy. The taste is disgusting but the way it makes us feel is worth it, I think Im on my at 8th 2lb bag of this stuff I go through about one of these a month sometimes quicker. Highly recommend this stuff and anything from their website that the amazon company makes. I have a bunch of their products in my house and they all are very effective!!

Taking Maca for years now. One could say i am a poster child of what maca is about. The Inca Empire was onto something. Very strong nutritional boost. D

I bought maca originally because I heard that it help's with hypothyroidism. I've found out through my experience with taking maca that it doesn't only help with my hypothyroidism but also speeds up my mental functioning. I was finding that I was pulling out more information during conversations then I thought I had actually retained and it gave me so much energy. Maca also helped extremely lessen my social anxiety. My experience with maca in general has been magic and I will continue to recommend it to all my friends.

Packaging is different (better) than what is pictured on Amazon and it is resealable. It smells and tastes great too.
