This is an exceptional product! The relay adapters allow the user to easily check the presence/absence of signals to a relay. The relay pliers are an exceptional bonus for the kit. It provides enough mechanical advantage to extract a relay without causing damage or marring surfaces. The relay pliers can also be used to disconnect automotive connectors; for example removing tough connectors to a fuse box. The biggest benefit of this kit is the jumper wires! The wires have various male & female attachments that can plug into sockets or pins. The jumper wire set also has a ground wire set with fuse protection in addition to a metal clamp that can attach to chassis ground. This jumper wire set easily interfaces with multimeter leads too! Bottom line: Excellent tool for troubleshooting relays, electrical wires in a car, or other electrical project. The jumper wire set and relay pliers may become the most used items from this kit! They have already paid for itself in reducing troubleshooting time!

A little pricey but nowadays you can't afford to short out relays with computers involved. This kit allows me to lift the relay up higher to test it. Works great.

Great product. Works on my 04 subaru sti and my 2016 ram 1500. Holds a nice seal/pressure. The only downside is that when you put the pump down it causes the seal to open and you'll lose pressure. I dont think it's a big enough issues to take stars away. Worth the money

This is a nice well rounded kit, allows me to test relay circuits quickly and with some accuracy that is not possible with make shift jumpers. This is another purchase that makes life easier when you need to test relays. Can you do the test without the kit ? .. Absolutely I tested relays for 20 years without the kit, my time is worth more as I get older and it seems I don’t have the patience to make or find a bunch of jumpers anymore. I cleaned out my jumper drawer and passed them down to a beginning tech to cut his teeth on.

If you do any sort of relay circuit testing, this kit should be in your arsenal. It is the best value and has the most components available in the kit to test most relays and circuits. I also like that you can keep the relay in the circuit to test for and take readings during operation. The case for it is nice and slim and keeps everything organized neatly and in place. One change I made to mine was to highlight the relay terminal numbers which are embossed on the relay tester bodies. The plastic is black and the embossed numbering is also black so it can be difficult to see from particular angles and lighting conditions. I used a white paint marker and carefully painted the embossed numbers so they were more easily readable.

Tie this kit into a wiring diagram and we're off to finding an electrical, wiring, or relay issue for what is in our case a no-start problem. That's much better than throwing relays, starters, and fuel pumps at the vehicle and still sit there scratching the head because ... no-start. It's also good to do a bit of research before buying a used vehicle to find out where their weak spots are. Well, we've found one and this kit will save us the $200 diagnostics charge plus if we had it towed and dropped off at a dealer.
