holds the bike, easy to install
one of the drawbacks of having a road bike is they don't come with a kickstand. Installed this on my specialized allez; it supports the weight no problem but i dont want to over tighten the clamp on the carbon rear fiber fork

Don’t buy it.
Ordered this kickstand for my daughter’s bike, the first one arrived broken in half. Sent it back and asked for a replacement, the second one came scratched up and also broken. 0/5 would not recommend.

It works
This bike kickstand serves its basic purpose and gets the job done, but it has one drawback to keep in mind: it features plastic components that do not provide good stability. Because of this, it can feel a bit flimsy when holding the bike up. Overall, it is usable and works fine for what it is, but if you are looking for something very sturdy or heavy-duty, it might fall a bit short.

Works perfectly for Trek bike.
I use this on my trek bike, which is an extra small frame and it fits perfectly. The kickstand goes up and down so smoothly and nicer than any other kickstand I’ve had before. The installation was less than five minutes and a perfect fit for Trek bicycle.
