Why all of sudden can't you ship this to my address in CA? It's a bit of paper rolled into a tube, no legitimate reason for there to be a restriction.

This is randomly now happening for me in IL too. Seems like all smoke products too.

Why is the "watermark" not visible on these (I bought a 50 pack earlier in the month)?

The watermark visibility can vary and some can be hard to see, but rest assured that they all contain it and they are 100% authentic RAW. (Can be verified by a RAW rep if needed.)

DO NOT BUY - these are very harsh, it destroys any flavor of material you have in there. Chemical tasting. These are not authentic raw cones thats for sure. Burns great but what's the point if you cant even smoke it fully or even enjoy it. Very disappointing threw out half way because my throat couldnt stand it anymore or my taste buds great material inside back product that was holding it together
