I originally bought these hoping they would help with bloating and stomach discomfort, and honestly they’ve helped more than I expected. Within the first day I noticed way less pressure and fullness in my stomach. I definitely got the “bubble guts” for a little while, but no painful cramping or stomach pain — it honestly just seemed like it cleaned everything out and helped get rid of what was causing my bloat.One funny thing I noticed is there’s definitely a cooling peppermint feeling afterward thanks to the enteric coating 😂 not painful or burning, just very minty and weirdly noticeable lol.The softgels are easy to swallow, and I like that they include ginger and fennel oils too. The peppermint taste isn’t overwhelming since the capsules are coated. For me, these worked fast and actually made a noticeable difference in how uncomfortable and bloated I felt.I’ll definitely keep these on hand for flare-ups, heavy meals, or those days my stomach just feels off.

I bought these initially in desperation to replace Heather's Tummy Tamers when they were discontinued for some reason. These were the same active ingredients from a brand that i trust. I was skeptical they would work as well because nothing else had until i found Heather's. These are dupes, imho!! These work exactly the same for me. I find that these work better for me than prescription anti-nausea medications. They don't interact with any of my other medications. I can take them as needed with or without food. They quell my severe nausea so well. I usually pair them with ginger capsules. I used to vomit daily after eating (sorry for TMI but that is the severity i was dealing with.) These can usually prevent nausea by taking them at the beginning of a meal. There are no limits to how often you can take them. I appreciate having a natural way to treat any health issue. I have been dealing with severe causes for 34 years. This is the answer for me! I hope it helps you as well. I have shared these with family, friends, and sometimes strangers. I sing their praises to everyone. It doesn't matter the cause of the nausea, these seem to work for all of it. From motion sickness to migraines, to medication side effects, to randomness, these always improve it and usually completely treat it. I don't throw up as often because of them. The cons are minimal compared to the pros but they include: burping peppermint flavor (good for your breath, though,) and occasionally contributing to acid reflux. Both are minor and easily treatable. These are a better value than the ones I can no longer find. There is no taste to the capsules.

My spouse ordered these for my issues with gas, particularly after eating. The gas is sometimes bad enough that it can be embarrassing. I’ve only been taking the caps less than a week but we have noticed a significant improvement. I am much less gassy and the gas I do have is not as loud. I do not notice any bad taste with the pills and the size of the pills are small and they are very easy to take. Texture is as expected for a gel cap. They have not affected my sleep in anyway and I had no expectation of that.Now for the surprise. I have been dealing with eye styes for the last almost 10 months. Nothing we’ve done has helped. I went to doctors, got on prescription pills and eye drops, used eye wipes and still they would not go away. Not for longer than a couple of days anyway and not all the way. Even without a huge stye on my eye, you could see redness and inflammation. I was beginning to be very discouraged. Then my spouse gave me these peppermint caps for the gas … and three days later, my styes were GONE! No redness, no irritation, no inflammation! My eyes look perfectly normal again!If you have a problem with gas, get these pills. If you have styes and they won’t go away … definitely get these pills! I will be recommending to everyone.

I've been taking Prilosec and antacids on a daily basis for months and had various tests ruling out my major fears but still I've had terrible indigestion, bloating, and an occassional stomachache. Two weeks ago I stopped the Prilosec but HAD TO continue with the antacids for relief.I took my first gel pill Thursday morning 2/23 with water and breakfast. Later I had coffee and experienced a slight peppermint flavor with my coffee. I took another pill with lunch and dinner - no need to take antacids, great. Throughout the day I had some minty belching, but I think that may be the gas reducing and releasing.On Friday and Saturday, I only had a gel pill with breakfast and lunch. I opted not to take the 3rd pill Friday because I felt a warm but cooling sensation in my throat, similar to acid reflux but still not severe enough for antacids.Saturday, I increased my water intake and experienced the same feeling in my throat. The extreme chest and stomach discomfort I was feeling prior to taking the pills is gone but the throat sensation wass more than I can take and didn't take the 3rd pill.Sunday, I took 1 pill and the throat sensation was better but not completely gone. The best part, at this lower dose, I didn't have any other physical discomforts like what I've been experiencing for months.I didn't taken a pill Monday and Tuesday and still have occassional peppermint belching which I feel is good because my body wasn't releasing gas like this prior to Thursday. So, I believe the Pepperming Gels with Ginger and Fennel Oils SoftGels is VERY EFFECTIVE but possibly TOO STRONG for me to take on a daily basis. As many warn about any peppermint supplement and tea, its not a product for regular use if you're experiencing acid reflux/gerd. I will take a pill several times a week to prevent/control indigestion.

Really helpful for GI issues. Really great to find a combination of peppermint, ginger and fennel since I used to have to take them separately.They are small soft gels and easy to swallow. My sister also bought them for my niece who has trouble with swallowing regular sized pills.

These Peppermint Gel Caps with additional ingredients offered by "NOW" really work great without any discomfort to my body. I've been using this brand ( have tried others) for quite awhile and am very satisfied with the results. They are easy to use ( per directions) and swallow. When I plan on eating something that might cause digestive discomfort, I take 1 or 2 before eating and have the confidence all will be well. NOW is a reputable company that can be trusted to offer quality items. My tummy thanks NOW for offering this item and I definitely recommend it.

These may work great for some people, so this is only a review of how they worked for me personally. I have a history of SIBO and irritable bowel syndrome, along with some food intolerance. I got these with the goal of helping my stomach digest bigger meals/mild food intolerance. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t digest them well, which resulted in having to run to the bathroom within 10 min of taking them. There was also a burning (peppermint?) sensation every time…it wasn’t comfortable.

I have had IBS for years, but recently had TREMENDOUS stress and my stomach was so bad every single day and in so much pain I thought I had developed an ulcer. Gas, extreme bloating and pain all day, everyday. My gastroenterologist prescribed me a drug that would relax the muscles and spasms in my system to help control symptoms, but it came with a hefty list of side effects. I always prefer to handle things naturally if it is at all possible, so she said we could try Coated Peppermint first. I was skeptical that it could really work, but tried it anyway. This particular brand of supplements is one I have used before with other supplements, and it was extremely cost effective, so I gave it a shot and WOW!!!COATED PEPPERMINT WORKS! I take it twice a day, at least 45-60 mins before I eat (bottle says 30, but I found more time to be better), and my symptoms are 75% better. That doesn't sound like much, but it feels like a LOT. Plus, NO SIDE EFFECTS except the occasional peppermint flavored burp. I actually felt a cooling sensation in my gut after taking it. You never actually taste the peppermint, as coated peppermint doesn't open in your stomach.....it is coated so that it opens in your intestines instead, which is better for soothing spasms and calming the gut. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. MUST BUY.

Enteric coated which means it won't do its job in the stomach. It's not what you want. Especially if you have acid reflux. Also, I took one and saw it's effects. Reduction in gas and bloating and pain

Great alternative for IBS allopathy medicine. Works well full relief. Though a bit costly.

I had been having IBS problems for years. I tried all Indian and Ayurvedic meds for IBS but nothing worked. I was mostly on Immodium most of the time. Finally I tried this and glad to to say it is really helping to controls my IBS symptoms and best works when taking half an hour or so before meals.The only downside of these meds for me is that it's makes the body bit lathargic or relaxed or sort of sleepy which makes it difficult to continue with normal job and work at times unless you began to get use to if it. But since its helps in IBS symptoms and does not have any actual side effects to body otherwise so it's definitely worth using it!!

After a long history with the bloating and constipation finally I can eat a full meal ..please don't wait for the results immediately and give up.. it takes sometime to work.
