Drain pan arrived in good condition. I had the same problem as some others have had with the drain tray sitting flush. There are steps on the underside that allow the tray do fit multiple size pans. It did not sit in my underhoist drain pan evenly. After determining the steps in the tray that needed to be modified to fit my drain pan, I took a head gun and a steel dowl (the shank of a 7/16 drill bit would work also), I heated the steps to a point where the material would "move", and rolled the drill bit to move the material. Took me about a half hour, and now it fits flat/flush on my drain pan. Not a big deal to do. Wasnt worth returning. Maybe there are other trays that would have fit without any modification, but it was an easy mod and like I said, wasnt worth returning. Gave it 4 stars only because it needed to be modified for my application. I would buy again. Hope that helps everyone.
