No, all our inventory of Xtratuf boots was manufactured in China. We've been out of USA made boots for years.

what size should I wear if I wear a 12?

My husband where's a size 10 1/2 in shoes. I ordered a size 11 for the XTRATUF boots due to the heavier/thick socks he normally wears. They fit him perfectly. I would advise an extra half inch when ordering a pair.
