Once you put this on it works in about 10 minutes. I have lower back problems and it helps. Easy to use, no smell and very durable.

This is a great product. I am able to use it for about three days before I need to replace it. It holds up well to water and is very comfortable to wear. Definitely worth the price!

Four stars because the price is great and it's nice tape. I'm rating 4 stars vs 5 because if you have any areas where you need crossover taping or anchoring using the tape, the tape is not very tacky when sticking to previously taped areas. That said this tape is very comfortable and tacky when sticking only to skin. I appreciate the beige coloring that makes it less obnoxious than some of the other colored/patterned kinesiology tapes out there.

This tape was recommended by my physical therapist. It stays on for about 3 days. It helps circulation in my knee!

I love the concept of being able to tell how much stretch you are exerting. I'm not trained in this, had to search the Internet to find info on how to use the stretch feature, but once I did it was helpful. The adhesive is very weak. I've rubbed it, warmed it, rounded the edges, done everything suggested but it's adhesion is poor. Often it doesn't stay on longer than a few hours to a day, depending on the joint usage. If they corrected the adhesive this world be a great product.

this tape is magic. I can now keypunch and work again after a hand and wrist injury.Thank you so much for this product.

I got introduced to this stuff by my PT. Works great, but the product description should really mention that the "6 pack of rolls" is really just one big roll. The total length of tape is a bit longer than what 6 separate rolls would provide, so no points off for that. Just some clarity would help so folks don't raise an eyebrow.
