works for moon clips. Better than leather
This is one of the best pouches I found for 7 round, 9mm moon clips. I can stack two per side for a total of four. It will also fit on a sturdy 1.75 inch leather belt AND a 2 inch duty belt.

THESE WORK WITH SAFARILAND COMP-IIS
After not finding any good looking affordable speedloader pouches for my safariland comp-IIs I decided to take a gamble and buy these figuring if 6 shot .38/357 mag HKS speedloaders fit than the safariland's probably will too. Turns out I was right! This is a great pouch for the money and appears well made. It sort of holds the speedloaders in a little cup, the body of the speedloader is just a hair tight but they don't move around at all. They are EXTREMELY secure in there and very well protected. The thick material offers nice protection, this would be a great pouch for duty or outdoor use. I really like the belt loop attachment. It's very thick and seems like it could never wear out, no chance of this pouch breaking off your belt. A military issue rigger's belt fits just a tad tight through the slot but once the belt is through it works wonderfully. It is comfortable to wear as well. I would say there are better options for concealed carry though, while not overly bulky the pouch is rather large. Again this is more of a duty pouch for me. In use the pouch works well. The snap closures are very positive and are secure and easy to open/close. The closing flap is somewhat springy, so when you open it the flap naturally stays erect and stays out of the way when you grab the speedloader. To retrieve the loader I grab the top knob on my comp-IIs with my fingertips and give a tug upwards and they come right out after overcoming the slight tightness of the "cup" they sit in. Overall deployment is fast and positive with practice. This is just a great speedloader pouch. Keep in mind I didn't actually try HKS loaders in it but I am sure they will work every bit as good. For the money, this product can't be beat if you're in the market for a tough and very serviceable rig.

Great case
Got this for my 44-Mag. Well made, sturdy, convenient, quick access & easy to use. One thing I really like is that it has a rigid rim inside which not only holds the shape, but the speed loaders fit very securely and very nicely in the rim without any issues. When removing the Speed loaders they come right out without any issues. Would recommend!

Good but not for concealed carry.
This double speed loader pouch is hard plastic, and the covers pop up when opened giving you fast access to your speed loaders. On the range they're great for quickly reloading and getting more rounds off. That said the case is bulky, hard, and will probably jab you when you sit down. These are fine for going to the range, but too cumbersome for every day carry. Still for the specific purpose of practice and competition shooting, these do their job well.

Well-made and reliable. Mind the sizing
I initially had intended to buy this item from Midway, but in a last minute cross-reference on Amazon just to be on the safe-side... Found the better deal. The quality of these cases is surprisingly excellent given their price. I am pleased to report that both, my HKS speedloaders and my Safariland's fit without issue and are easily extracted as well. As the title of my review says, make sure to know the size you require. I initially believed that I may need a "Large" due to the size of the cylinder on two of my revolvers, however I was incorrect. A medium will hold all of the 5-6 shot .38/.357's.The Large is almost exclusively for the .45 Long Colts and above... Maybe a larger frame .44 perhaps. Again, I am very pleased with the purchase and I would absolutely recommend these to any competition marksman or any "old school" ladies and gents that sometimes pack a wheel gun when they carry. Stay safe out there.

Got the basket weave version and liked it so much I bought the plain one too!
This is word for word the same as my review of the HKS speedloader pouch in basket weave finish because the plain pouch is exactly the same with identical features and made of the same material with the only difference being the cosmetic finish of the outer surface. For the price you pay these HKS speedloader pouches are an excellent deal. They're made of plastic so they're inexpensive and resistant to the elements. I got the medium sized pouch with basket weave finish and liked it so much I bought a second one in plain version! The snaps stay secure and in place until you unsnap them. When unsnapped the flap conveniently stays up and out of the way thanks the rigid plastic material so it's easier to grab the speedloader. On the inside of the pouch (at least the medium sized ones) about halfway down there is a shelf underneath which the circumference is reduced by a couple of millimeters. This allows the 5 shot loaders like my dads HKS 36-A to fit snugly inside of the smaller bottom half without shifting, tilting or rattling around. The edges of the larger loaders like my HKS 10-A or my dads HKS 586-A sit snugly on top of of the shelf in the slightly wider area but with the bullets fitting into the bottom, which is something I thought was pretty ingenious. Compared to the nylon HKS double speedloader pouch I have, which has two pouches so big the smaller loaders may end up on their sides, the soft flaps get in the way and the pouch tends to sag outwards, this hard plastic version is way better. In addition to that I discovered the pouch was a perfect fit for my Safariland J-K2C Comp II speedloaders! The only thing that I think is a con is that the 2 1/4 belt loop on the back is bit big but since it's rigid plastic it still stays close to the belt without sagging further outwards and is not so much of a practical problem. The pouch does jut make a noticeable bulge because of the physical requirements to fit the loaders and isn't a good option for me to conceal carry with since it would be too obvious but I'm a scrawny guy and almost anything is difficult for me to hide so other people may have better luck in that capacity. Even if I can't do concealed carry with the pouch it's still worth having since it fits several different loaders, does a good job of protecting them, holds them in such a manner that regardless of their size they stay in the correct orientation and does all of this at a fraction of the price that other pouches without these feature costs.

本品は実銃44マグナム用ですが、クラウンモデルさんのパイソンのスピードローダーにピッタリでした。 ダメ元で買いましたが、ここまでジャストフィットするとは思いませんでした。
