Review: This item was shipped promptly (took the money and ran). - Battery shipped promptly... put battery in headset and charged it overnight to test... headset did not work, no power. Contacted the vendor to notify them that the battery was not compatible with the model specified. THIS VENDOR NEVER REPLIED BACK. I AM STUCK WITH A < 8.00 LOSS and no working spare battery. The vendor markets "satisfaction" as its goal... they sent a nice biz card that seemed like they might be a good supplier for future opportunities... this is obviously not the case... BUYER BEWARE, THIS PRODUCT DID NOT WORK IN MY JABRA... IT IS THE SAME MODEL AS SPECIFIED BY THE VENDOR... BUY IT FROM JABRA!

Minor difference in capacity spec
Received battery was of a different brand (UpStart Battery) and capacity (270mAh instead of 340mAh) than stated in product description and picture. However, the battery works fine, so I decided to keep and use it. Maybe 340mAh is an inflated spec, and UpStart Battery writes more conservative specs on their products...I don't know. If you receive the same UpStart Battery that I did, pay careful attention to the polarity markings when you install it. The battery had to be installed with it's label face down in order to connect it properly. Battery charges and works as expected.

Once in place it works great.
A direct replacement for the OEM version, except the poles are reversed (so you have to turn it over to install it correctly). Once in place it works great.

Affordable Replacement
I needed to replace the worn out battery. Went to a local retailer which specializes in batteries. Charged me $45. Found it here for much less. Easy to install and a relief on my wallet. No indication of not being able to hold the charge. I would recommend.

PIECE OF JUNK
Don't waste your time - this battery DOES NOT fit the GN 912x. Complete piece of junk - will not charge, makes weird clicking sound. Attempting to get refund - will update. July 5th update: Certified Battery has refunded my entire transaction - over the 4th of July to boot. Great Amazon Marketplace vendor: just wish the product had worked out.

Only 270 mAh, not 340 as advertised.
This battery is supposed to be 340 mAh, but it's only 270 mAh. More hassle to return it than it's worth.
