Broken to pieces

I sent this to my grandsons in Hawaii and when they were received they were broken to pieces. I was totally bummed out and disappointed. The cross is an everlasting symbol of our faith and to receive it broken to pieces is totally the opposite message I would want to send. At a minimum, I would like a refund.

Last option for Easter. Everything else sold out covid-19 I’m sure had to do with it. This is very small if you buy at cvs it 4.$ Amazon is totally up pricing right now, so sad they would do this to all loyal customers
