We got one of these but the cushion seemed to crack and pee is going in, making it very smelly and unusable.** A: I asked the company if I could buy the soft seat only, and they said no. Mine fell in the tub, and the cardboard got wet & ruined it. They said it was not possible to get just the seat. **Q: How tall is the actual seat?** A: About 7 inches **Q: Where can you order just the splash guard for boys?** A: The potty I have came with the splash guard, but urine still gets inside the spongy seat and on the inside of the potty itself causing you to have to take apart the whole thing which is kinda hard to do. I do not recommend this potty seat. It is very unsanitary! Something with just a removable cup would be much better. We don't even use this as a step for the toilet because the seat that comes with it doesn't fit our toilet any way, & my son gets nervous on the big potty. **Q: Will this potty work for a 3 year old who is 35 pounds?
