After starting this multivitamin......feeling uneasy, i started having sleep apnea?? not sure . is it because of this. I stopped taking this for awhile......im okay. Not sure!

This multivitamin feels like a great B vitamin supplement as well as most other daily vitamins and some digestive health ingredients. I have used it for years and added the Naturelo iron supplement to it for daily vitamins. After years of shopping for vitamins, this one meets the best price point with a noticeably improved physical feeling.

I wanted approximately 100% dosages and this vitamin does that in 1 capsule. So many vitimins have uneven doses. Also, no supplement is going to cover minerals in one capsule or tablet, so I just add a couple calcium citrate and magnisium citrate capsules and am done for the day. No worries about extra D in the mineral formula due to this multiple not going crazy on it's dose. I was buying a lot of single vitamins, but this one is a good enough mix to save me some shelf space.
