I love Paleo flour, as it’s the perfect blend for everything I bake! It saves time as it already has a blend of flours, so I don’t have to waste my time or money, to purchase several flours, and blend my own!

Is a little clumpy, but breaks up easy with a fork, works well

This flour is great for 3 ingredient dough, (flour, baking soda & greek yogurt) but it still comes out gritty and flat. At least it's easier on my blood sugar. I haven't made anything else yet. It's expensive, but worth it to me.

I love this gluten free flour!

This is my favorite all around flour substitute. I use a scant cup substitute for I cup regular flour and it doesn’t come out dry. Good for things like pumpkin bread, cornbread, carrot cake, pancakes and most drop cookies. Doesn’t make a bad (pat in) pie crust. —- it’s expensive, but it’s worth trying
