Is it better?
With supplements it is difficult for the consumer to "know" whether one is better than the other. I do know this one carries a healthy price tag ... so high that it may make you unhealthy!! It was recommended to me by my sister. Whether it is better than other Vitamin B supplements or whether any of them do any good...I do not know. When I first started taking this, I took it daily, but after a week or so indicators were that I was dumping over more than I was retaining...so I switched to every other day. This seems to be optimal for me.

Just noticed these vitimans have a date on the bottom of Jan 2021 when purchased in March 2021. Bought two bottles of expired B Famous.
