Fairly good power and audio at a very cost effective price.
$22.00 delivered. It wasn't worth the effort to repair the old one. Slapped in an SD card with over 5,000 of my favorites for when out of range of A.M./F.M. stations here in the mountains. Sound quality is better than the old speakers can produce. Went to the hardware store and bought $ 1.25 in washers to make a better fit, not because of the manufacturers fault but from sloppy mounting holes from the original installation. Spending $100.00 or less for a replacement in an old buggy I'd do this again in a heartbeat.

Seems Worth It.....
No complaints as of yet, was very unsure about buying this after seeing other reviews but I'm quite satisfied. I have not used it in the car yet but bench tested it and it seemed to work just as expected. I figured its for an old school car that is only driven to car shows so for 25 bucks I'd try it out for myself. Again happy with it so far and would recommend it.

Shop elsewhere for this sub-par radio
Spent the time installing in my '71 C10 Pickup and the shafts would not go the distance as advertised. I installed under the dash just to get some tunes. When it was all over and done with, the tuner was utter crap. Couldn't listen to a single station without the volume going up and down and station going in and out. Couldn't find a station as the tuner indicator is way off. Yes the antenna was hooked up appropriately, yes the radio was installed correctly. It is simply not worth it at all. Returned to Amazon. Boo Hisss Pros: Quite inexpensive MP3 Player works from USB stick and SD card Cons: Shaft spread 5.5" not the advertised 6.5" Tuner completely unreliable, would not hold station more than a block Shaft for tuner side turns in opposite direction of the station indicator. Tuner indicator no where close to station tuned. Wires are VERY thin. Faceplate will not fit if shafts are adjusted to the maximum. No folder access in mp3 playback

Shafted by the shaft mount. Center section is much too large for standard mount.
Edit: Now that it's installed (after some cutting of center console, which makes me wonder why I didn't just cut it out entirely and go with a modern design) it sounds pretty good. Oddly, the USB side sounds better than the card side. Balance knob is like a three position switch--right speaker on/both speakers on/left speaker on. Display is way too bright. Still, for the price, it's great. A definite improvement on the Spark-O-Matic that was in the car originally. I read all these reviews, but ordered anyway. I haven't even finished the install yet, and I can already say it's not worth it, but for a different reason--fit. The center part which protrudes through the hole in the dash is very big--much bigger than the standard center part of a cassette deck. What's the point of getting a stereo with shaft-mount if it won't fit a standard shaft-mount hole?

Everything I need for my 40 year old truck in AM/FM sound.
Works good. My 40 year old Pioneer cassette finally died and this unit gives me all I need in AM/FM sound without seriously cutting up my dashboard. Haven't got around to putting music on a SD card, but will eventually get there. A few minor adjustments to the knobs and the dash infrastructure to line up the knob shafts, everything works and looks acceptable.

Excellent for older vehicles
We purchased this radio after looking all over for a radio that could be used on a Karman Ghia that is being restored. This radio is functional, plays perfect for all stations and even includes an SD slot. Paying $20 was well worth it and if you need something fast and easy to install, this is the one.

Nice stereo. Everything works fine
This is a nice stereo. Everything works fine and the sound is not the 80 watts. But is a strong enough. I love. That it plays mp3 songs with the usb. Port or SD card. Slots.
