I used other plugs in my Honda 2011 CRZ and they made the engine run faulty. These Denso's work great. Car runs smooth and clean. I would definitely recommend these over the other cheaper spark plugs.

Long lasting
It works. My car could have probably gone another 20k miles with the old exact ones, but my engine is at 175k and felt I should give the entire car some love.

Pays for itself in gas savings
The previous owner of my Honda CR-Z got cheap spark plugs at half the price of these. The old plugs weren't very worn, yet after installing these, my mpg went from 36.5 to 38.4 average. I would definitely buy what the manual says since the gas savings will pay for the price difference.
