Inaccurate description of the product
The product is good but the description is inaccurate as it is described as 2 nos. Of tapes but i received only 1 tape. The cost is quite high compared to similar brand and model from other sellers. But i spoke to the seller Mr. Jay and he as very cooperative. He gave me option to wait for the tape they will deliver or refund the amount of the tape. Thank you Jay.

The label maker itself is great, though I only received one of the label rolls, not two.

Does not print well, received with missing item
This product is not printing well, received 1 cartridge instead of 2, and the customer support is nonexistent. Don't bother purchasing this.

Excellent product. Prints great stickers. Only limitation is that there is only single font available.

First : I bought this from Warehouse site but it was listed in good condition. It came without a starter guide or starter tape. Spent a fortune on tape and then discovered the label maker doesn’t work. Totally frustrating but now that I have all of the tape I will have to order another one. For some reason all stars are lighting up. Not five star.
