I truly owe a BIG appreciation to this product—honestly, I didn’t expect anything like this. Over the past year, I’ve been dealing with intense stress from both my business and home life. Long hours, constant pressure, and barely any time to rest completely threw my body off balance. My hormones went out of control, my cortisol levels were extremely high, and eventually, I developed alopecia. Not mild hair loss—serious, noticeable shedding that was honestly scary. I tried different solutions, including Hairtamin, which worked for many people—but unfortunately, I didn’t see any results. It was frustrating and discouraging. I ordered the bottles. One was fine the other was broken.

We know a couple originally from India, both well educated professionals working for a large corporation. In talking with them one day we began discussing Ayurvedic medicine, and the wife mentioned that she was recommended to have surgery on her neck due to neck pain. She said she'd have to be in much greater pain virtually all of the time before she'd have someone do surgery on her back or neck. They reached back into what they learned growing up in India, and she started taking Ashwagandha, and her pain entirely disappeared over about a month or so. She suggested it for some chronic and sometimes exceptionally painful elbow pain for which physical therapy was only modestly successful. I chose a different brand - no change. The next time we saw them I told her about my lack of success, and they both suggested Himalaya brand, and recommended another try. Within a month my pain was entirely gone, even with significant loading on that elbow. I'd gone three months with fairly severe pain before even going to the doctor, hoping it would just slowly resolve - no change. The doctor chose PT for me, and initially it helped, but then it actually aggravated the elbow again. I took a short break from PT, and during that time I'd already started the Himalaya brand of the Ashwagandha. One day I had the sudden realization that I was pain free, and probably had been for several days at that point. I've continued to take it (always twice per day on an empty stomach, rather than the once per day as suggested on the bottle, thanks to our friends' recommendation), but will likely discontinue soon because it appears that all healing has been completed. I threw an object across the yard the other day (what injured it in the first place), and there not only was no pain, there was also no after-pain. I'm amazed! We've had varying degrees of success for various things with herbs, and some rather amazing successes with homeopathy, but this was truly the best herbal experience ever (we're senior citizens and first were introduced to herbs by a very competent lady about 40 years ago). I'm now recommending Ashwagandha to several people with chronic joint pain, and specifically this brand.
