Defective Device
This device does not work at all. I plugged it in exactly as instructed, but it never switched on. It was completely defective. This was a total waste of time and money. I would not recommend buying a product that doesn’t even power on.

So glad it works
I needed it to convert voltage to use my USA bough cooking robot (AllClad / Thermomix Companion) after we moved to the UAE (UK voltage used here, much higher). And it works !!!! So glad I don’t have to throw my 1000$ robot in the bin !
