Love The Product, But......
Love this product, great fit, flexible and effective. But, a crease has separated after 25-30 uses and those little balls are falling out allover the house.

Good item for price
Great item, only minor flaw is the length of the velcro strap portion. Apparently designed for exceptionally tiny necked individuals, so this function doesn’t work for me. That said, I just velcro the straps to each other and use it as a regular cold pack without issue.

It can’t be used on neck
The product would have to wrap around your throat bc it’s not big enough for any other option. It doesn’t get really cold and you have to hold it in place that’s why they only show it from the back on someone’s neck in the pics bc it’s not something you think of when purchasing it. But let me tell you, it’s not soothing or helpful to have this Velcrod to your throat.

Tore Within 3 Months (4th or 5th Use)
This is a poorly made piece of junk. I ordered it on Oct 1 2024 and it tore/burst on Jan 4 2025. I only used it 4 or 5 times. Absolute waste of money. Terrible value. It’s very small and did little for to relieve pain on the sides of my neck.
