So far I’ve used this system for a grave-side funeral service. It worked great with the mic and plugging in my guitar. Sound quality is very good with plenty of volume for small groups.

I love this speaker. Worked very well for a gathering in my backyard the speaker was very loud and covered the whole yard. No issues connecting to my phone and the microphone worked perfectly fine. 👍🏽👍🏽

This is a good value, but replacing the battery is a pain. We purchased this for office outings, and the sound quality and microphones work great. After 2.5 years, the battery needed replacing - wouldn't hold a charge. You access the battery by removing the screen and unscrewing the 10" speaker. You can't remove the speaker, the leads are soldered on, so carefully put that on something that lets you get to the bracket that holds the battery in place. Two nuts removed the bracket, then you have to deal with 2 other things: The battery terminals are soldered to the wires (unusual), and the battery is glued to the bottom of the unit! So you'll have to clip the two leads and work at getting the battery out. The battery we removed is a 12v, 6-FM-4.5 "scooter" battery. Dimensions are 3.9"h x 3.5w x 2.75"d Replace the cut ends of the battery leads with female QD fittings, plug in your new battery, and reassemble. Removing the dead battery is such a pain, I knocked a star off the review.

So far so good. Good sound, easy to move around

To be fair to Pyle, the main unit looks and feels like real musical equipment. The box is heavy and solid, and the features are ample. For the price, you cannot get close with other branded units. I was thrilled with what I saw. The amplified PA was received defective. It had an intolerable hiss when turned on, made worse by plugging in a Shure SM 58 microphone, worse yet by turning on the included wireless toy microphone, and louder by adding volume. I hoped topping up the battery might help, but no. I called Amazon support to see if it was a setting or otherwise user remediable, but no. Return was the only option. I returned it immediately for replacement. Bad plan. Most importantly, Amazon handled this badly. Very badly. "Prime free shipping" took longer than expected, which is now common in my experience. Then the return processing was blown. The replacement was "canceled due to out of stock" without notice. I did not know until I contacted Amazon at the end of the replacement delivery day. Oh. Sorry. Here's a $5 conditional compensation. Not good enough to cover one leg of a trip to go buy something "locally." Not spendable for gas, either. "Sorry for your inconvenience." "I hope you understand my limitations." Really? This was avoidable. Notifying me that there would be further delays would have enabled me to get something locally much sooner. If this was a one time problem, I might say "stuff happens." But, no, this is a trend. So the lowest Amazon rating of "one star" (which intentionally skews ratings upward statistically) is not the fault of the untestable product, it is the fault of Amazon against the buyer, seller and manufacturer, but as a minuscule percentage of customers, will have no impact. Too big to care now.

This was a difficult review to write because this little PA actually sounds fantastic! I love the full range speaker and the echo makes my voice sound like heaven! But like many other reviews that I've read this PA unexpectedly starts making a loud staticky crackling sound. Sometimes after turning it on and off it will quit but during a live performance it's quite annoying to say the least. (But I've noticed if I only run vocals through it, without my guitar, it doesn't make that sound. But most people want to do karaoke or at least play guitar with the vocals) So I reached out to Pyle and they promptly sent me a replacement pa! Even though it was a different little PA unit ( Pyle PWMA899A. This one has worked without any problems so far but it only has one microphone input and no input for my guitar. But it comes with two remote microphones that are decent quality. This little PA appears to be all about a karaoke as it also has a UBS and auxiliary input for music. So if you're into karaoke I recommend this one) . I'm still bummed that the original PA couldn't be fixed because it really does sound great. The replacement PA has a little less power and is a little more muddy even though it has a mid-range and tweeter. This PA has a great sound as the full range speaker sounds great! This speaker is a great buy! The sound quality is loud and clear, perfect for gatherings, events, or even just enjoying music at home. I love that it’s portable with a rechargeable battery, so you can take it anywhere. The Bluetooth connects easily, and it really fills up the space with great sound. Definitely a must-have if you love music or host events! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this system and has worked beautifully for me for outside events where I play memorial songs I make for families in nearby communities and play in an outside park. Just what I needed and for the price, feel it was well worth it....thank Pyle for a great product.

The list is endless.. static noise, Bluetooth won’t connect with my device as it keeps asking for pin despite the manual saying no pin is required.. generic pins like 0000,1111 and 8888 won’t work and even amazon support does not have the pin. Mic is horrible, you literally need to put them on your lips to get it to sound slightly good. It’s a no from me.

As described works well good volume. Easy to use

Makes a lot of weird noises, also picks up random frequencies. I turned it on tonight and I was able to catch half an episode of Seinfeld lol. I guess it somehow ham radioed the tv in the living room, which I don’t even know how is possible. Hiss isn’t too bad but it’s there. Quality overall isn’t the greatest but it’ll suffice for tiny-small venue/parties. Wireless mic works with no issues. Bluetooth isn’t the greatest either, definitely best to use this speaker for vocals or guitars only.
