We had bought a light weight canopy in the same size, but a different manufacturer. We thought light weight was the way to go as we are in an RV full time. BUT, we put it up for the first time... ran to the store, and found it mangled from a gust of wind. $275 bucks down the drain. We got this thinking sturdy, but it is big and heavy. HOWEVER: it is a breeze to set up, we love the bright powder coated steel legs (we got orange) so that you can really see them, and the unit has put up with some wind and hail and thunderstorms.... Very happy with this product.

I ordered this canopy and it arrived in packaging that was so torn up. I thought it maybe damaged. But I did have missing parts because some of them evidently fell out during the shipping. I don't know what UPS did and why they would have even deliver it in the condition it was in. I initially was going to send it back, but I had no box for it. Amazon did do a pick up with a freight carrier that had a box for it. I also reached out to EZ-Up and they offered to send me the replacement parts. Because of EZ-UP customer service I decided to just have Amazon do an exchange. Overall this is a nice canopy and I really recommend it. The roller case is very good quality and makes it easy to carry around. Just watch out for the shipping and the condition in arrives in.

I was extremely happy with my purchase. I do many outdoor craft and antique fairs and have used cheap canopies in the past. It was time to upgrade, since I have been doing so many shows and I wanted to better protect my products for foul weather. This came in the nick of time. I used this canopy in 25mph winds and it held up beautifully. My other cheaper canopies would have definitely busted under those extreme conditions. Not only was it reliable it truly was incredibly easy to set up. I love the easy comfort buttons to raise and lower the top, and the wheels on the carry bag. Makes life much easier. My only complaint would be the size of this when it is in the bag. I do wish it collapsed shorter, and it is quite heavy. Regardless, this was worth the money and I highly recommend!

Easy to assemble with two people, it's really heavy for one. The case does have wheels which was helpful for moving around to locations. Much nicer than a previous pop-up tent I own, this one looks like it will last a long time. I bought the white one and, on a bright day, you can't look right at it, it will blind you, but it's better than a dark color for making things look good beneath it!

I purchased this canopy for use at weekend art shows. On its first few outings, it held up very well to 20mph winds (I do hang a weight from each corner) without shifting, and didn't leak in light rain. I'm able to set up and take down the canopy alone (& I'm somewhat scrawny, at a scant 120lbs)...it's easier with two people but takes me less than 10 minutes solo. The carrying case goes on and off easily, even with the canopy attached to the frame, and the wheels are large and roll easily across flat surfaces as well as uneven ground/grass. The bigger, push-button clips on the legs are much nicer than those pinch-inducing little silver things on most canopy frames. I've only used mine 3 times, but so far I'm very happy with my purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve purchased 10x10 canopies a number of times, only to replace them within a year or two of purchase, when they collapse or rip due to accumulated rain. My town had an extreme weather event this week, with almost SEVEN inches of rain in four hours. To make matters worse, I was away and unable to take it down beforehand. My new canopy shed the rain perfectly, and to say I was impressed is an understatement. It’s more expensive than the other canopies I’ve bought, but in this case, it was money well spent for a great product.

To be fair, product so far is very good quality, easy to use and everything expected. I hate giving negative review because of something not related to product, but maybe it will get manufacturers to stop using UPS. Shipping took 2 weeks longer than expected, numerous times I had updated delivery dates and they kept pushing back and back at last minute. I've been having problems like this with UPS regularly. Amazon delivery times are down to hour, UPS can barely get the same week. Stop using UPS, this is giving a bad taste to a good product.

We were looking for a easy solution for increasing shade on our patio. The EZ-UP Vantage canopy was a perfect solution. Assembly out of the box was easy. The video answered most of our questions as to how to do it and the written instructions answered the rest. Once assembled, it can quickly be open and collapsed. It comes with a wheeled storage bag so moving it from our garage to the back yard is not a chore. We also bought the recommended sandbags to weigh down the legs on breezy days as the canopy is on concrete. Stakes are provided if you are using it on ground. You will need 2 people though for the initial assembly so you can attach the canopy and extend the legs in a coordinated manner. After that, 2 people are recommended to open and close the canopy but this probably could be done with just 1 person.

I bought this canopy because of the claim that it was easy to setup and take down. After checking their website and comparing the different models, I chose the Vantage. VERY simple to put up and just as easy to take down. The top is good quality and the frame is sturdy and well designed. I added some weights although the shelter is heavy enough as is. The next test will be it's endurance and resistance to the wind. I'll update if there's any surprises. 5 year update !! Today after putting up the canopy I wondered how long I've had it. Quick check on the app to see that it's already been five years !!😳 I've got to say that I'm just as happy with it now as in 2019. No problems, always as easy to put up as to take down. Quite resistant to the wind coming off the lake and the tarp has held up well against the elements. Definitely recommend although I can't believe the price difference in 5 years. Those post-pandemic prices !
