It is alright
Itโs a good product. I have digestion issues and Iโm bloating with everything. It helps but not with everything. I used to have pain and discomfort and it helped me somehow with most of the food I am consuming.

Good for mild, occasional digestive insufficiency
This enzyme worked fairly well, but I was still having recurring gastro issues such as nightly pain and distension. I asked my gastroenterologist about prescription-strength pancreatic enzymes (Creon) and they are much, much more powerful. If someone has mild digestive upset, I would say to give these over-the-counter enzymes a try. If someone has chronic, severe digestive problems, related to pancreatic insufficiency or gastroparesis, maybe he/she should ask their doctor about Creon?
