This cord wrangler works well. I can't remember if you were supposed to be able to remove sections, and I tried, but they wouldn't budge. It's okay though. It's totally silent when the desk moves. I left the foot part off because I don't need it, and I used double suded Gorilla Glue tape to stick the top part to the desk and it seems to work. It comes with screws if you'd prefer that. So I'd say this is a great cheap alternative to those more expensive flexible cord wranglers.

I looked tirelessly for the end-all-be-all cable management solution and I can safely say that, if you own a standing desk, THIS IS IT. This product is sturdy, clean and gets rid of your cable nightmares for good. It's a shame there isn't a magnet mounting option as of now, that would make this product even better.

I bought this when I was reworking cable management for my desk at home. I purchased a power strip that I could mount to the underside of the desk for all the accessories so that I didn't have 8+ plugs going down to a power strip that sat on the floor. I then wanted something that looked a little better for the single cord that still needed to drop to the baseboard outlet. I like this option and it works well for my needs. The vertebrae style also allows it to work well if you have a standing desk. There are a few things that could be improved and I will consider if/when I replace/upgrade: 1. The "weighted bottom is not as not as heavy as I expected and does not keep the spine in place so it glides effortlessly on the hardwoods. 2. The vertebrae on this version are quite stiff and I think if there were a little more flexibility, it would improve function. 3. I would not recommend if you have or want to run multiple cords through the spine (though it does have 4 quadrants in the vertebrae to insert cords), or if your cord is too thick. I have a 14 gauge (~2.08 mm^2) cord running through the spine now and it wasn't super challenging to get into the spine but I do worry about getting it back out! I believe a 12 gauge (>3 mm^2) cord will be a tough challenge to get both in and out.

I used this on my butcher block desk. Have all my cables in it going to the UPS and PC. Hides them nicely, and looks good. Not just for sit stand desks! 4 stars cause can be tricky to get fatter cables in, but workable.

If you have a standing desk, you must find a way to put all your wires down the gullet of this thing. It should be silver and have lights that course down it while in motion, but the understated black says I'm that serious.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a family member with a gaming PC who wanted some better cable management. The base is weighty enough to keep it from moving around, and the cable channel is wide - making it easy to run all sorts of cables. It is also very easy to remove individuals sections, though some of the plastic edges were quite sharp. Some extra time in manufacturing to remove burrs from the plastic would go a long way—I had to sand some sections myself. Overall, I’d buy this again.

Does what's needed holds a ton of wires. Keeps it all neat and tidy. Awesome product.

Le produit est de qualité et convient à mes besoin. Cependant comme sur la photo l'espace de sortie des filles est beaucoup top petites versus les quatres espaces de la colonne. Je vais placé la base sur un bloc de bois. Exemple un simple câble d'alimentation pour le PC ne passe pas.
