Baytion LED Smart Bulb - 10W, Multi Colors

These smart LED RGB Bulbs are great. The packaging is very high quality. The instructions are crisp and clear. Setup process is super easy. The bulb connect to 2.4 GHz network like a charm unlike a lot of IoT devices like cameras which can give a hard time. The App is intuitive and very easy to use. One can choose from several colors, saturation, scenes, brightness, color temp and the bulbs change color or hue almost instantaneously. The bulbs easily pair with the Smart-Life app and have plenty of color/brightness/temperature options. In addition, my Echo Dot links with the app for voice control, no hub needed. The schedule feature is great. Gets rid of timers and stuff. All in all a great product.

how I installed by steps: 1. install the smart life app 2. Enable GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi 3. wifi 2.4ghz only 4. Log in to the app and select the lighting section 5. Go down to the light modulator (ble+wifi) section. Enter 6. choose a wifi, dial the password from your wifi 7. Turn on/off the lamp 3 times as in the instructions 8. it is connected taking into account the search in 15-30sec 9. if it does not connect, it means the router is far away or the wifi signal is bad, the wifi sensor in the lamp is weak. 10. that's all!) a good product, took for 56 dhm, bad instructions, with the first lamp tormented for more than 30 minutes, with the second figured out immediately, after rebooting the first (you need to somehow reset it and restart the phone), at this price a great lamp. The number of lumens in brightness is 600-700, there are all modern functions

REALLY??! REALLLYY??! This item is for real! Very good quality and price. So easy to connect and operate. From color selection, brightness control, warm & cool color temp, to shecduled on and off, this is perfect! never touched the manual switch since i installed it. it's all in the app. you can control wherever you are, whenever you want as long as you dont turn off you home wifi of course 😉.

These bulbs are very bright and they were super easy to set up as well. They were easy to install and worked perfectly. As i m a bit lazy in my daily routine so its really easy to control it through a simple app... One more best thing which really impressed me alot... That is its dimmable... So i can dim it at night as having a baby i need some light inside the room.. For that purpose its perfect... I used to take advantage of its schedule settings benifets... Some times i used to sleep while reading my novels so i can set turn off time... Its really helpful... I’m super happy with this. So i must recommend this bulb...

Not easy to install. User manual is written in english but chinese way. It was diffecult for first time but then it became very easy. Connection with Google home was very diffecult for the first time since they not support connection by phone. Only email. Anyway it is really cool product and worth to buy.

My full experience and final review: 1- Brightness: good, I think better than most of the available smart bulbs in this price tag. but for me wasn’t 100% satisfying. [score 7 out of 10] 2- App is great (smart life), although I use it only when I need to reconnect the bulbs after changing wifi password or changing the router. Synchronized with alexa and that’s it, never used the physical switch after (again, only for setup). [score: 9 out of 10] 3- Connection and setup difficulty: little tricky but not too hard, just make sure to follow the instructions and to connect to a 2.4 hz network. [score: 7 out of 10] 4- Color range: white color range is great, I used the warm white most of the time but sometimes I needed to shift to the cool white (other colors are available but you will not use them I’m telling you). [score: 9 out of 10] 5- Durability: I bought 1 set (2 nos) and used them happily in one room for more than 2.5 years, but unfortunately one of them stopped working suddenly today. I used them every day for 4 hours only.. that’s around 3,600 hours which is way less than what they promised (40,000+ hours) .. less than 10% of the lifespan. [5 out of 10] Final score: 7.4 out of 10.

Great lights and verity of colors, a bit of app issues here and there but nothing that cannot be solved. Works fine with Alexa, but not much options with the color ranges, though it supports Wifi so this can be adjusted using the app itself. I'm giving this a 3 star because after a year of daily normal usage, I only have 3 working bulbs out of the 10 purchased. ---- March2025 update: I have purchased new set of these bulbs to replace my old sets. 20, yes 20 new bulbs all refused to connect to Wifi after a week of working normally. They first started to stop responding to voice commands through alexa, then they stopped responding to the smartlife app. - I have tried several alternative apps to smartlife, same issue. - I have tried to change my router settings to suite these bulbs, same issue. - I have tried to connect them to multiple other routers, same issue. - I have tried to use Mobile hotspot, same issue. - I have tried to use several Mobiles, both ios and android, same issue. They reset, blink, & show up as devices to be added in the app, and that's it, they will just keep failing to be added. the only remained option is to check the firmware, and that cannot be done since there is no way to connect to these bulbs to update them. And Guess what? Another room that had an old set of these bulbs that used to work fine suddenly refused to respond too. Other devices are working fine, other brands bulbs are working fine, so its not even an app/networking issue. Am changing my review from 3 to 1 star.

They sometimes discounted for your phone app and Alexa. Otherwise amazing colour and I love them.
