My favorite rice flour/ground rice
I use this with protein for my pre workout meal as it digests so easily. It is a bit hard to mix but you eventually figure out a way and you get used to it. I tried a couple of brands on here but this one is my favorite as it is super soft and when it is mixed with hot water the texture comes out great. The other brands mixed easier though.
