excellent. I’ve use it for 20+ years. First the lady comp version and later this smaller version “pearly”. Super accurate. Helps understand your own body. And follow a natural birth control. I really recomend it.

Works perfectly! Edited after 3 years of use, couldn’t ask for a better product! Worked wonderfully after the birth of my child, and still going strong. Totally recommend this to all my friends.

We are practicing Catholics (gasp - no birth control) and use this for NFP. I bought this over 11 years ago when we first got married. I use it religiously everyday except, obviously, when I’m pregnant. It WORKS! You don’t have to be super psycho either once you get the hang of it. Some people will Complain that you have to take your temp literally before blinking every morning . Once it gets your cycle it’s never off too much (temp wise). Now we have 6 kids (how does it work then?!) my kids are all perfectly planned and I know to THE DAY of when we conceived because of this thing. Well, except for my 4th but that’s my husbands fault (whoops!). Every year or two I have to send it in for new battery/tune up for I think $30 but that’s peanuts. This has been the best investment. I’m writing this review after just having my 6th and I’m pulling it back out to start using again. I looked it up to see how much it was now and said - I have to Write a review for all my non hormonal birth control women! If you stumble on this gadget and read my review YOU HAVE FOUND WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR. Get it and don’t turn back. So Much better than apps they make now. Stores your temps and past periods. Predicts ovulation days and when to not have sex - great great great. I’m a better Catholic because of pearly —-Hahaa! Go in non hormonal birth control peace. God speed!

For the longest time, I have been a believer in birth control that is based in the science of the reproductive cycle. I have used the Pearly for two years, and it has worked so well. I had begun to recognize the physical signs that coincided with the temperature fluctuations. As I invested a significant amount of money in this product, I was expecting it to last for many years, to the point where I could even use it for the opposite reason: to pinpoint when I could best get pregnant. Unfortunately, after having a few (what I thought to be) faulty battery issues, the company told me that it seemed my circuit board stopped functioning properly and that I'd have to get a new one, which they could offer me 10% off. I was a little aggravated, as I only had it a hair over 2 years. With all of this said, I think that I am in the minority, as all I've heard about the product was that it was well-made to last a long time. Who knows. If you buy one, it really works, especially if you are regular. I would consider buying it again. Maybe I just got an off one from the production line.

I love this alternative to chemicals in my body. Found about the pearly through my friend that utilizes it. At first I was lazy to read the instructions so I was using it wrong, but I watched their YouTube video and I have all the settings right now. I hate military time so that I had to get used to and waking up early to use it, but I like it so far and I haven't gotten pregnant, lol. It's a nifty little device definitely worth investing in. I care about my body.

After deciding to go the natural route with contraception I took a long time to come to the decision of using the Pearly, and I am so glad that I chose it. It is so easy to use, and I am much happier with this than I was using the pill. I understand my body's rhythm much better, and this little device helps so much with this! The company the Pearly is sold through were wonderful too, I would highly recommend them - very supportive and assisted me with making the right choice. All in all, if you are thinking of going this route with regard to contraception, or if you are trying for a baby, this monitor is a wonderful choice, along with the company!

Per il costo dell’oggetto ti arriva un plasticone anni ‘90 con una custodia da cineseria. Francamente mi aspettavo tutt’altro. Per il primo mese NON ha funzionato. Ci può stare... per il momento se Dio vuole non sono DI NUOVO papà quindi sta facendo il suo dovere. Comunque resta una delusione in rapporto al suo prezzo.

The Pearly battery only lasted a year. We requested it to be repaired/replaced under warranty. Only after dozens of emails, phone call attempts, complaining to Amazon, and leaving negative feedback on Amazon - did the company ask us to send them back the pearly, we had to pay to ship it to them. They then offered us to upgrade to Lady-Comp if we paid the difference, which we did. They also transferred the data from the old Pearly to the new lady comp before sending it, and shipped it to us to our new overseas address which was great. Overall it took 6 months since we made initial contact with the company about the fault and until we got the new unit, which was way too long. Other issues we had with the Pearly:1) no backlight, and not clear what last reading was. 2) If missing a reading one morning, and you did not reset you alarm clock, it will not allow you to take a reading the next morning, we couldn't find a way to force the Pearly to take a reading with the alarm in disabled mode. overall the lady-comp seems a better investment than the pearly. Customer service could be improved, 6 months is just too long to replace faulty product under warranty... We are now happy with our new Lady-Comp.

At first I thought it was a bit complicated to use, but I soon got used to it. It's very safe and accurate.
