J'ai choisi cette marque pour sa réputation et je ne suis pas déçu. Les études menées sur ce type de produit sont concluantes. Il peut être associé à de la glucosamine / chondoitine pour plus d'éfficacité. Bien sur, rien ne remplace une bonne alimentation et un entretient musculaire adéquat :) Pour ma part je note une diminution des douleurs et je pense arrêter ma cure commencée il y a trois mois pour voir si les effets positifs persistent. Les comprimés sont un peu gros à avaler. Je recommande a toute personne recherchant ce type de complément alimentaire pour soulager les articulations et/ou avoir de beaux cheveux ;)

So far received quality MSM pills
I've ordered Solgar MSM pills at least twice in 2020 so far and have received the real quality product that is the same as I can buy at the vitamin store. MSM doesn't help with my joint pain but I continue to take it because I've found if I take 4,000mg a day, it almost completely prevents migraines for me. Drawbacks: it's a large pill. if you hold the pill in your mouth too long it tastes really nasty. The drawbacks are minor to me and I'm happy with this product which I've been taking for many years.

this product is amazing at helping to grow hair more volumous and thicker, and has helped my very fine fragile hair immensely. I am 51 years old and have never had better hair. also my nails are much stronger and never break. Thoroughly recommend this product for anyone that has suffered weak fine hair and nails, as well as hair loss. You should notice an improvement after about 3months of taking this, and of course, need to keep taking this. I always take one tablet per day and will continue to do so. Well done for a great product, and i find solgar is always of the highest quality and take their 1000mg Vit C each day too.
