Unfortunately this model doesn't have VESA mount, but they made minor upgrade mode: YD327FHD It has VESA mount (100mmx100mm)

Does it come with the stuff shown in the pictures?

It came with two different power cords and the VGA cable. I love the monitor! We actually use it in our kitchen as a dual monitor. The curved design eliminates a lot of reflections, and it is easy to see.

What is a yido? where are they made? have see some poor reviews on samsung and hp does not have a curved monitor in my price range.

I bought this item less than a year ago and the display screen has already malfunctioned. I have had several technicians look at it to no avail. While I love the monitor itself, spending this type of money on a monitor and only getting some months of service out of it is hugely disappointing!!!!!!! UGHHHHHHHH!
