Am currently doing his 12 week and got this for any ancillary information. All in all it filled a hole in knowledge on some questions that I have. I like the diet advice as I found it useful. He clearly though, explains why he loathes meal plans in both books. The meal plans are meant as general guidelines on what your diet should look like. Its the same trainer, same person doing the workouts, so some of the content is similar, which I can't fault. What I enjoy most about it, is that it is truthful, in that, its a hard program in the gym, and demands focus and determination in dieting. So I enjoy that as opposed to all the clutter out there. I have the kindle version which is probably more difficult from a formatting perspective, but at the end of the day its about the content and the exercises and beautiful kindle formatting isn't really an issue for me.

Si sabes inglés y quieres un programa que te dé idea como entrenar (entra mucho en algunos detalles cuando podría ser más básico) este manual es para ti. Para algo más básico consigue el Body Plan.

Received my copy before year end and have not stopped reading it since. As an admirer of his first book and the fantastic results that came from that, as well as the magnitude of transformations from the company itself - it was a no brainier to order this newest and much anticipated book. The beauty of books written by Nick Mitchell is that you almost feel like you are being personally trained by him! The advice, pep talk and mental preparation that is given within the first few pages really gets you fired up and raring to start! But it also prepares you well for the road ahead and what's required to stay the course. When you buy this book you also get the added value of having video guides to teach you the correct way to train and execute the exercises as well as the online support from Nick Mitchell himself via social media!! They always say every body is different. Well in just one book and the plans it provides - you can create a 12 week plan that's perfect for your goals and physique. And can be adapted to be run for a full year! - which I certainly intend on doing! Those who have given this book a low rating fail to realise the sheer volume of content you are getting for such a low price. At the time of this review the book has now been reduced to £4.99! Even at £14.99 there was zero complaint from me. There's really nothing to complain about when you can get over 30years experience for that price. The physical result you will get from following the book with effort, dedication and passion? priceless. Start your 2016 strong and healthy. All the best to everyone embarking on their transformation journey!
