Q: Hi i bought these 3 pack about a year ago. i opened one pack and the filter was torn when i opened the box. is there a way to refund for this?

Shouldn't be the case. There are air flow arrows showing which way is up on the white sides of the filters. If no arrow, make sure the text is right-side up.

I do not know if this will fit your vehicle, however if you give Amazon information pertaining to your vehicle and then click on the many cabin filter choices their app. will tell you if it fits your vehicle

I bought this for a 2011 V-6 limited. You'll have to do your homework on the question, just like I did.
