I received the lunch box in good quality. Food is warm for hours.

Arrived in perfect condition. Perfect product as expected. Perfect For Asian serving size only haha! Do not expect to fit your pizza inside and your 3 patty XXL burger inside.

I am satisfied with the product. Food is still warm after 8 hours. It is important to follow the procedure on the manual to get desired results. Do not expect the food to be as steaming hot as how it was at home and when you are at work. It will be warm but not as hot as when you prepared the food. The portioning is perfect for those who wants to be healthy. The bag can be improved though. Its difficult to carry and the strap hurts my shoulders. It would have been better if they include an extra gasket for the soup bowl.

Have been using this at work. Good sized containers for a 5'4" female, size of containers would not suffice for a male. Soup bowl is leak proof. Good sturdy material, have accidentally dropped the lid on tiles and it did not crack. All in all, happy with the purchase. Keeps the food warm as per described.

I got this for my husband for work. I called Zojirushi before I ordered it because I liked the bag that came with the Ms. Bento but felt like he would appreciate the extra food space by Mr. Bento more. They were really helpful answering questions about the products. I had seen in reviews that the soup bowl isn’t leakproof, and I asked about that to make sure. She said they do not claim it is leakproof. Well, after I got it, it sure looked like it could be. So I put water in it and shook it sideways for about 2 minutes (part of that is the video I posted.) Not a drop. Then I put water in it and set it up sideways in a bowl overnight. Nothing leaked at all — no water whatsoever. So even though they won’t say it doesn’t leak, I’d have to say it looks pretty darn safe. Usually my husband makes his own lunch, but his schedule right now, he leaves at 3:45 am and doesn’t get home until about 6pm, six days a week. So I offered to start making his lunch. I put everything in the containers the night before and put them in the fridge. I put a pot with about 2 cups of water on the stove. In the morning he turns on the pot to boil and microwaves the hot containers. He puts the hot water in the container (advised in the manual to help keep things hot all day) for a few minutes. Then he empties it and puts all the food containers in the big container. He said his food has been warm every day, and the cold stuff doesn’t get hot. It’s been a great way to give him a good variety of food. One day it was roasted chicken in the soup container, roasted potatoes and broccoli in the big hit container, fruit in the big cold/room temp container, and banana cake in the little cold/room temp container. Other examples of things I’ve put in the hot containers (besides soup): chicken leg (had to cut off the end of the leg to fit), hot dog (bread and condiments in regular containers), enchiladas, Mexican rice. I also did street tacos once (from leftovers I made for dinner) with the pulled pork in the soup container, tortillas in the big container, cole slaw in the small cold container, and dessert in the big cold container. This is a big hit at our house. I love Zojirushi products, and this new one is now added to the list!

Mantiene la comida caliente o fría, ayuda mucho que le pongan el agua caliente al termo o hielo previo a poner los contenedores con comida y se sugiere que el recipiente de sopa siempre vaya con líquido para mantener caliente el termo. Me gusto mucho, el tamaño de los contenedores es perfecto, aun cuando parecen pequeños, pero son ideales para cuando estas llevando dieta. El único inconveniente que le encontré, es que, al abrir si se sale un poco el olor de la comida.

Excelente producto, buen diseño y buenos materiales, si son tragones como mi marido les va hacer falta otro tupper. Lo único es que ya caliente el primer recipiente es complicado meterlo al termo porque no tiene asa (y si la tuviera le estorbaría el siguiente recipiente).

I had been looking for something that would keep my food warm until my meal break. I leave my house at midnight and don't get my meal break until 6am. The lines for the microwave are always long and my break is only 30 minutes so there's really no time to warm up food and then eat so I had been eating sandwiches and salads every morning. I chose this lunch jar after hours of online searches and comparisons. I'm so glad I found it! I preheated the jar using hot water from my Keurig. I filled it up and put the lid on while I prepared my food in the bowls. I made sure my food was HOT when I put it in the bowls. I preheated jar for about 5 mins and then poured out the water and wiped the inside with a paper towel like the instructions said. I then put my food in it and prayed it would still be warm after 6 hours. Let me tell you I was shocked when at 6am I opened up that lunch jar and the heat was radiating from inside of it. My food was the perfect temperature. It wasn't hot but it was very warm like how you get food at a restaurant. My lunch sat in my car in 28°F weather for 6hrs and was was still warm when it was time for me to eat. This is the best thing I've purchased this year. I like the sizes of the bowls. They are great for portion control. The bowls were super easy to clean when I got hime. I may line the bowls with plastic wrap if I feel a certain food may stain or have lingering smells. I wish the bag it came with was larger so I could fit my coffee thermos in with my lunch. I also wish the actual lunch jar had a carrying handle because my hands are small so it makes it really awkward to handle. I would definitely purchase this again if I ever needed to. I'm already thinking about who I could gift one to.
