La planta tiene antiadherente así que no va a estar resbalandose si te apoyas bien. Material fácil de limpiar, en especial el polvo y pelo de animal

Sono ormai anni che ne possiedo uno, lo trovo comodo e molto facile da lavare. Se avete un tappeto in zona lo potete bloccare grazie al velcro sottostante

Ich liebe diese Fußstütze, die man auch als Fußwippe verwenden kann. Nachdem ich an einem Lymphödem erkrankt bin, war ich auf der Suche nach einer gesundheitsfördernden Fußstütze. Diese Fußstütze ist kuschlig weich und bequem, sodass man sie zu Hause tatsächlich ohne Schuhe benutzen kann und somit die Füße auch noch schön wärmt. Praktisch ist, dass man diese Stütze umdrehen und als Wippe verwenden kann. Somit kann man an einem langen Arbeitstag zwischendurch für eine gute Durchblutung sorgen und die Venenpumpe aktivieren. Diese Fußstütze ist für mein gesundheitliches Problem die absolut beste Lösung. Vielen Dank!

テレワークで自宅で使用しています。腰痛、肩こりがひどくて購入しました。パソコンデスクは身長に合わせて低めにしていて、足裏がしっかりと床につくようにしていますが、気がつくと椅子の上であぐらをかいたり、片足だけ膝を立てたりと骨盤に負担をかけてしまいます。 鍼灸の先生に「フットレストが良い」と教えていただきましたが、以前購入したプレート版のものが期待はずれで捨ててしまい、また買うのもなぁと思いつつも良いものがないか探していました。 こちらの商品は程よい柔らかさで足を置いても落ち着いて、パソコンチェアの上であぐらを組むこともなくなりました。少しお高いですが、仕事が終わったあとの腰のダルさが断然違うため、購入して良かったです！

I've been using piled up textbooks as a foot rest. Slides around and gets ugly. Plus the angle isn't always good. This ErgoFoam footrest is perfect. Nice and wide so I can change my posture, soft enough to be comfy and firm enough to not squish down to the floor. Non-slip bottom keeps it in place, I'm glad the cover is removeable/washable, although I haven't had to do that yet. I bought the one w/the two sections, fearing just the curved one would be too low. But after a few days I realized it's the right height without the more solid lower section. I'm glad I have that, though, as I imagine the foam may squish down with time, at which point I can put the lower section back on. And I may even be able to use the lower section alone, once the curved part wears out. Because protecting my back is always important, not just during COVID!
