Where is this product made? It doesn't seem to be made in the US.

Not sure where it is made.But it is an excellent product.Noticeable difference on my skin. Used under my eyes on on my cheecks.

What is the overall % matrixyl since 30%matrixyl + 30%argirelene + 20%vitamin c + 20%hyaluronic acid = 100%, but the first ingredient is water.

From what I understand on another product's website is that the 30% matrixyl for instance means 30% of the maximum suggested dosage. 30% equates to 3% by volume. I don't know the maximum for argirelene or Vitamin C, however, the Vitamin C used in this is one of the best for absorption, effectiveness and stability. 1% by volume is the maximum recommended dosage for hyaluronic acid so the 20% hyaluronic acid means 20% of the maximum dosage (1% by volume) so it equates to .2% by volume in this product. I hope that helps.

Can I use this after my laser treatment？

I am just a customer and not the manufacturer, but I am a licensed Esthetician, so this is my conservative advice: Given the fact that this product contains strong active ingredients, u would not want to use it immediately after a laser treatment when the skin is very delicate and vulnerable. Wait until you are done healing and only use what your dermatologist or medical spa technician recommends during healing post laser. until they say you can resume using active products, then you could test a little bit of this product on your neck as is recommended in the directions. If it does not irritate you, and your skin is fully healed, I would say you could probably use it.

Why patting on skin and not massaging it in?

Patting forces the serum into the skin and also draws blood to the surface for good absorption. Massage tears at tissues no matter how "gentle" you are. This came from my plastic surgeon after my facelift, and he oughta know!
