I use various herbal spices in cooking mostly oregano and cayenne. I bought these because I liked the sound of the seven varied spices including chilli, orange peel, sesame and seaweed. I’ve now been using this to sprinkle over salads, used to make my salad dressing and added to soups and casseroles. It’s just delicious. There is a chilli kick but it’s subtle. There’s no appreciable scent.

I've tried a few different togarashi spices and this one is my favourite. Goes great on eggs, fried, scrambled, poached etc. Also I sprinkle across my pizzas for added taste and a bit of zing.
