Not for novice or intermediate swimmers.
They are good, but heavy and hard material for me, so I've changed them into another one. They are pretty nice gears for improving your strength, however if yiu wanna refine more kicking techniques, you should get more light, and soft one.When I become an advanced swimmer, wanna try them again 🏊♂️

Awesome fins!
Probably the only fins that goes by half sizes larger than the smaller ones . I was looking for size 8-9, I couldn't find it anywhere. I found these 8.5-9.5 and they fit like a glove.

Fit small
The unisex sizing is quite narrow. I’m a 10 1/2 sneaker and needed size 12 in these to accommodate my feet. They don’t fall off my feet and I’m lucky that I sized-up (unisex sizing is often a problem). I’ve never required size 12 for any type of footwear ever in the past
